土地饮食肉酒睡眠断， 泻药阿如拉的药油用， 麝香黄檀及近缘的， 药油食用驱除恶血魔。 王族水中的毒物， 热性药疗温养护， 恒常神观诵咒莫间断， 如是再三勤奋作， 除却往昔的业果外， 无有不活之疑虑。 若仍未得平息， 忿怒尊主将诛杀。 掘穴之中作龙形， 取出，召唤融入形， 十字之后验秘密咒， 以不合之物聚成盾， 思维何者能除害。 之后出现佛像征， 以橛钉刺，以刃斩， 多作烧施镇压事。 毒药古古律麝香及， 苦参彼等鼻中熏， 鱼与牛黄胆汁及， 大肉樟木麝香磨， 止达麝香秃鹫香， 古古律麝香大脂涂， 护身之物身上敷。 主重禅定诵持要， 龙众消亡无疑虑。 毒病若欲疗治， 菖蒲麝香杜鹃及， 铜屑调和服之。 一切毒病如金刚， 尤以毒药为甚者， 杜鹃余甘子苦参及， 藏盐黄连白花草， 研磨和血与水服， 揉搓令其入内服。 置于稍暖之处， 若杀灭且身现征， 服用愿药引吐之， 若不吐则断吐之， 以金刚咒钉刺之。 置于水中令其服， 药力亦令遍布身。 肿胀若欲疗治， 以物及禅定咒钉刺， 如火风般焚烧散， 为治孕妇如是作。 豆麦及酥油， 至诚咒涂安乐生。 面向被缚者， 以七七数加持之水， 掬七七捧于三时洒， 被缚者则得解脱。 于喉咙处以藏红花及， 牛黄写名， 置于被缚者顶上则解脱。 若常诵则从缚脱。 此处亦以七遍加持之油， 酥油涂抹孕妇腹， 七遍至诚加持之水， 以三捧洒孕

Abandon land food, meat, alcohol, and sleep. Administer castor oil and arura medicine. Use musk, sandalwood, and related medicines. Eat medicinal butter to dispel bad blood and demons. For water poison of royal lineage, use hot medicine and warm remedies. Always meditate on deities and recite mantras without interruption. If you strive in this way again and again, there is no doubt of not living, except for past karma. If it still does not subside, the great wrathful lord will kill. Make a dragon image in a pit. Take it out, summon it, and dissolve it into the form. After the tenth day, examine the secret mantra. Shield yourself with all kinds of incompatible substances. Think of whatever can eliminate harm. Then, when the Buddha's sign appears, stab with a phurba and cut with a weapon. Perform many burnt offerings and suppressions. Snuff poisonous aconite, guggul, musk, and kushta into the nose. Use fish, ox gall, large meat, camphor, and musk powder. Citta, musk, vulture incense, guggul, musk, and large fat are applied. Smear protective substances on the body. Primarily, cherish samadhi and recitation. There is no doubt that the nagas will be destroyed. If you want to cure poison diseases, mix aconite, musk, and rhododendron with copper powder and administer it. Like a vajra for all poison diseases, especially for poisonous aconite, use rhododendron, bael fruit, kushta, Chinese salt, coptis, and white spikenard. Grind them finely, mix them with blood and water, knead them, and administer them internally. Place it in a slightly warm place. If it kills and signs appear on the body, administer a wish-fulfilling medicine and induce vomiting. If it does not vomit, cut it off and induce vomiting. Pierce it with a vajra mantra. Place it in water and administer it internally. Also, spread the medicine throughout the body. If you want to cure swelling, pierce it with substances, samadhi, and mantras. Burn and scatter it like fire and wind. Do this to heal pregnant women. Anoint beans, barley, and butter with mantras and seek happiness. Facing the bound ones, with water blessed seven times seven times, sprinkle seven handfuls seven times in three times. The bound ones will be liberated. Write the name with saffron and gorocana on the throat. Placing it on the head of the bound one will liberate them. Constantly reciting will liberate from bondage. Here also, with oil blessed seven times, smear butter on the pregnant woman's abdomen. With water blessed seven times sincerely, sprinkle three handfuls on the pregnant woman.
