以物供养，誓言圆满。 白色的太阳独眼母，降临于黑火之心中。 以和谐之物供养，誓言圆满。 红色的贝壳面具者，燃烧的手印，降临于心中。 以和谐之物供养，誓言圆满。 黄色的豹皮裙者，食肉的母夜叉，降临于心中。 以和谐之物供养，誓言圆满。 瑜伽士的誓言破损得以清净。 颜色精华之殊胜者，具足香、味、色。 降临于青稞、药材之上。 生起五大的诸物，以及疮、癣、红肿等。 降临于道路、树木之上。 绿、红、大红，以及青色、五彩之色。 降临于千女药母之上。 以和谐之物供养，令不悦者欢喜。 眷属及仆从等，以所作之事及物供养。 守护魔、精、藏地，以大肉及血供养。 门户誓言破损者，令母及其眷属不悦。 毫无疑惑地得以圆满。 以此圆满，障碍不生，所愿如意成就。 以此朵玛之圆满、遣除、成就， 亲近、饶益、亲密，以及成办大事和圆满遣除。 以此吉祥及母之施舍，于一切之如法亲近之末， 施予忏悔而亲近。 于成办之时，布施药物，于一切之末，二朵玛。 以供养和秘密而成就事业。 说是对事业有饶益。 鱼日空、八法，以及各自之物，瑜伽士。 若对母作供养，则如身与影般增长。 于四方、箭、圆形之地，于二十四处。 以白檀香涂抹，以五种花之精华装饰。 人王、果实、土地等，从上而生之五种。 汁液百或千，蒸煮与未蒸煮之各种精华。 最初之国土，一切聚集倾注。 大红等五种，成熟与未成熟之间。 十六处之红土中，以红土与酥油混合。 八万种草药，混合倾注。 百或千种酒，最后二至三。

Come to the thousand female medicine mothers. By fulfilling with harmonious substances, make the displeased ones happy. The retinue and servants, fulfill with actions and substances. Protect demons, spirits, and the land of Tibet, fulfill with great meat and blood. Those whose gate vows are broken, causing the mothers and their retinues to be displeased. Without doubt, it will be fulfilled. By this fulfillment, obstacles will not arise, and wishes will be accomplished as desired. By this torma's fulfillment, removal, and accomplishment, Proximity, benefit, intimacy, and accomplishing great deeds and fulfilling removal will occur. By this glory and the mother's generosity, at the end of the proper approach to all, Giving confession brings closeness. At the time of accomplishment, give medicine, and at the end of all, two tormas. Accomplish the work with offerings and secrets. It is said to be beneficial to the work. Fish, empty sky, eight dharmas, and the yogi with their respective substances. If offerings are made to the mother, it will increase like body and shadow. In the four directions, arrow, round place, in the twenty-four places. Anoint with white sandalwood, decorate with the essence of five kinds of flowers. King, fruit, land, etc., the five kinds that arise from above. Juice, hundreds or thousands, various essences of steamed and unsteamed. The first kingdom, pour all that is gathered.
