是圣救度母的，修持诀窍，因此迅速修习。出现白光驱逐国王，出现火焰驱逐邪魔。出现黑肤女众，视为母亲和姐妹。慈爱眷属和后代，详细讲述养育子女。如遇伴侣、朋友和婆罗门，无子女者自损，财富枯竭。出现美妙声音，寿命得以成就，出现巨大声音，行猛厉事业。如果出现红黑色尘土，给予朵玛，诅咒敌人。以虚空飞行来圆满。出现香味，饮食得以成就。以黑人查拉来圆满。亲见天女，与母子立誓。以自生菩提心，混合誓言，宣说誓言，从事事业。无论出现何种吉祥之兆，因为接近，所以欢喜，掌握并成就诸事业。无论顺缘逆缘，迅速在那处修习，见到后立下誓言。因为害怕誓言破损，无论满意与否都要修习。即使在众人面前行事，也必定毫无疑虑地成就。如果未曾亲见母神，可能会出现口不能言的情况，所以除了上师之外，不要对他人说。独自一人，没有朋友地修习。如果降伏的禅定清晰，即使没有见到，也能成就。如果持续不断，无论何人，都将毫无疑虑地成就。如果变得亲近，就能很好地成就。春天在水汇合处、秘密之处、隐蔽之所修习。夏天在秘密山顶、悬崖之上修习。秋天在草地、灌木丛中修习。冬天在墓地、草屋中修习。供养在中午和夜晚进行。在午夜施放朵玛。从那之后，也进行诛杀的事业。用橛子钉，用宝剑砍。抛掷朵玛，焚烧尸油。以悦耳的赞歌来祈请：从如劫火般燃烧的浩瀚之中，从黑风尘土飞扬的猛烈之中，唯一的欲界自在母，唯一的魔女，唯一的阎罗之母，黑肤色，恐怖的獠牙，青黑色裸体，蓬乱的头发。身色安住于黑色，是不动摇于胜义法界的象征。头发从右向左盘旋，是母于虚空中散布化身的象征。

It is the practice of the noble Tara, therefore, practice it quickly. If white light appears, expel the king; if flames appear, expel the demons. If a group of black women appears, show them respect as mothers and sisters. Be kind to family and descendants, and speak extensively about raising children. If you encounter companions, friends, or Brahmins, those without children will harm themselves, and their wealth will wither. If a beautiful sound appears, life will be accomplished; if a loud sound appears, perform fierce actions. If red and black dust appears, give a torma and curse the enemy. Fulfill it by flying in the sky. If a fragrance appears, food and drink will be accomplished. Fulfill it with a black Cara. Actually seeing the goddess, make vows as mother and child. With self-arisen Bodhicitta, mix the vows, proclaim the vows, and engage in the activities. Whatever auspicious signs appear, because they are near, be pleased, take control, and accomplish all activities. Whether favorable or unfavorable circumstances arise, quickly practice in that place, and after seeing, make vows. Because of the fear of breaking vows, practice whether satisfied or not. Even if you act in front of many people, it will surely be accomplished without doubt. If you have not actually seen the Mamo, you may become speechless, so do not speak to others except for the teacher. Practice alone, without friends. If the samadhi of subjugation becomes clear, even if you do not see it, it will be accomplished. If you continue constantly, it will be accomplished without doubt by anyone. If it becomes close, it will be well accomplished. In spring, practice at the confluence of waters, in secret places, and in secluded places. In summer, practice on secret mountain peaks and on cliffs. In autumn, practice in meadows and thickets. In winter, practice in cemeteries and in grass huts. Offerings are made at noon and at night. At midnight, cast the torma. After that, also perform the activity of killing. Pierce with a stake and cut with a sword. Throw the torma and burn the fat. Invoking with melodious praise: From the midst of the vastness blazing like a kalpa fire, from the intensity of the swirling black wind and dust, the one and only sovereign mother of the desire realm, the one and only demoness, the one and only mother of Yama, black-skinned, with terrifying fangs, blue-black naked, with disheveled hair. The body color abiding in black is a symbol of immovability from the ultimate sphere. The hair swirling from right to left is a symbol of the mother scattering emanations in the sky.
