The clinging to unreal entities, That shore is without entities because of emptiness. The essence is emptiness. All of these are combined into one, It is the essence of the inner essence. Again, combined into one essence, That is called the single thigle. In essence, it is the nature of the three kayas. Thigle is the Dharmakaya, primordially pure. Le is the Sambhogakaya, self-manifesting. Nyag is the Nirmanakaya, all-pervading. One is the three kayas, inseparable. It abides in the continuum of all sentient beings. Thus, the thirteenth chapter, on the abiding of the unification of the three kayas of ultimate truth. Again, to Kuntuzangmo, With the assembly of retinues gathered, they asked again: Kye! Kye! Bliss-emptiness Kuntuzangmo, In the uncreated, primordial purity, The all-pervading wisdom abides, The unerring delusion and The way of abiding. If you would speak of the general summary of the order, But sentient beings do not understand, Therefore, please speak in detail of the distinctions. In response to the question, she bestowed these words: Kyeho! Listen, assembly of gathered retinues, Primordial purity, luminosity, emptiness, pervades. Delusion is pure from the beginning, Wisdom is the path, ignorance is delusion. From the five realms of the manifestation of wisdom, Sentient beings with dualistic grasping arise. Self-grasping, other-grasping, grasping at that, The five wisdoms are mistaken for five realms. Because the realm and the four conditions arise, The seeds of the five elements grow. The five wisdoms are also enveloped by the four elements, From the power of the four elements, the vessel and contents are formed. From the essence of all vessels and contents, The sun and the moon, two, Father and mother, hot and cold, day and night are distinguished. That is also the power of the vessel and contents, Therefore, it pervades a hundred billion Jambudvipas. The sun is the essence of fire, The moon is the essence of water, The planets and stars are the essence of earth, Wind is clear, therefore it moves. The four elements are mutually supportive, When the four elements increase, the day is long, When the four elements are balanced, day and night are equal, When the four elements are disturbed, the day is short, All warmth and radiance diminish. When the four elements are scattered, the sun and moon are eclipsed, Hail, rain, blizzards, all of them, Are the power of the four elements, Summer is the time when the four elements increase, Plants, crops, and fruits flourish. Autumn is the time when the four elements are balanced, All fruits ripen into essence. Winter is when the four elements are disturbed, The essence of plants diminishes. The three months of spring are when the four elements are scattered, Radiance and strength all

Now it is decaying. Those are the rise and fall of the four elements. Scattering and gathering are also the same as this. Kalpa, year, month, day, time. Scattering, gathering, and equilibrium. Disturbances also gather into four. The scattering and gathering of the kalpa are like this: When the kalpa is destroyed, it is scattering. When the kalpa is formed, it is gathering. When the kalpa abides, it is equilibrium. When the kalpa is empty, it is disturbance. The scattering and gathering of the year are like this: The years of the bird, monkey, and dog are scattering. The years of the tiger, rabbit, and horse are gathering. The years of the rat, pig, and ox are equilibrium. The years of the dragon, snake, and sheep are disturbance. The scattering and gathering of the month are like this: In the three months of spring, the four elements are scattering. In the three months of summer, the four elements are gathering. In the three months of autumn, the four elements are equilibrium. In the three months of winter, the four elements are disturbance. The scattering and gathering of the day are like this: At dawn and sunrise, the four elements are scattering. During the day, the four elements are equilibrium. In the evening, the four elements are disturbance. At midnight, the four elements are gathering. All the activities of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful, and so on, are the actions of the four elements. Therefore, one should calculate scattering and gathering. At the time of scattering, pacifying is accomplished. At the time of gathering, increasing is accomplished. At the time of equilibrium, all subjugating is accomplished. At the time of disturbance, it is wrathful. Thus, if one knows how to combine the times, one can gather all the four elements into one's power. From the Secret Tantra of the All-Good Mother, the Clear Light Burning Sun, the rise and fall caused by the actions of the four elements, the cause of change, the chapter on calculating scattering, gathering, and equilibrium, the fourteenth chapter is complete. Again, the All-Good Mother spoke again to the assembly of attendants: Alas! Listen to the assembly of manifest attendants. Now I will explain the four elements. The way to explain it is like this: The four elements have three aspects: outer, inner, and intermediate. Outer, inner, and secret have three. The cause of rise, fall, and change. Objects are moved by desire, strength and strength help each other, when skillful means and wisdom, sun and moon unite, the object of the four elements moves, the five elements have four places of birth, producing immeasurable sentient beings of the six realms. Earth is the basis of the body, growing and maturing into flesh, bones, and skin. Water is the collection of the whole body, growing and maturing into blood and serum. Fire is the maturation of the whole body, growing and desiring heat to increase. Wind is the support of the whole body, growing
