如是祈请。 又复垂示： 示现圆满之母者： 瑜伽母十四尊， 母七尊与姊妹四尊， 埃嘎札（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Ekajati，独髻母）之眷属六尊， 秘密处所四尊，维系存在之舟楫四尊， 军队之女王四尊， 以及于母之事业中成就之二十八尊， 作事母与作者母， 宣说为圆满之母。 所示圆满之物者： 不可或缺之三种血。 其他亦积聚各种血。 于七十三母中， 于十四瑜伽母中， 皆如法绘制坛城。 以绸缎制作十四绿度母像。 其他则用五种毛线色。 一切虚空皆为一。 制作精美之男女替身绸缎。 虎与狮子之白血， 雌性狐狸之露水，初生男子之血。 此乃十四瑜伽母之物。 牛、犬、马血及人血等， 乃七母之誓物。 山鱼血乃四魔女之誓物。 军队女王、秘密之母四尊， 以及舟楫四尊，积聚各种血。 十二母乃誓物。 埃嘎札（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Ekajati，独髻母）之眷属六尊， 以及自在天女二十八尊， 作事母之誓物等， 花斑鸟、猫头鹰、乌鸦等， 合而为一，乃十三种血。 于七十三母， 献上悦意之供养。 另于十三母之组中， 于十四瑜伽母中， 二主母各一组，每组三份，每份五份。 七母与四姊妹，每位两份。 制作十三组四份之厉食。 其中，为二主母穿戴绸缎衣。 其余十一尊着以华美服饰。 制作十三血器。 分别按各自组别和图案区分。 仪轨与三种朵玛组一致。 此后，于朵玛抛掷之际，将三厉食放入十三血器中抛掷。 此后，布置四大洲： 或作十三洲，或云作九洲。 于十四瑜伽母各一份。 如是作法，乃出自大朵玛略集中。 抛掷朵玛之仪轨皆同。 抛掷乃向作事母与作者父二者抛掷。 圆满长寿大臣之意愿。 若咒士誓言破损，为血疾所困，则行此法。 为守护教法而行，随己所愿。

The rituals for throwing the torma are all the same. The throwing is done to the Doing Mother and the Doer Father. Fulfill the wishes of the Minister of Longevity. If the mantra practitioner breaks vows and is afflicted with blood diseases, then do this. Do it to protect the teachings, according to one's wishes.
