Then he spoke again: The black Matra (མ་ཏྲ༷་ནག་མོ་) is one arm-span long, With face and eyes well-formed, Fashion the image of the goddess, And adorn it with five radiant colors. A black mule with saddle and bridle, In her right hand, place a black arrow, Adorn the sky with the radiance of rainbows, Hang various silk pendants. White sky with turquoise inlay, Hang a feather banner. Black with conch inlay, Hang peacock feathers and pendants. Offer it to Rema Dza (རེ་མ་ཛ་) in her hand. Purple with gold inlay, Offer it to Rema Dzu (རེ་མ་ཛུ་) in her hand. The banner should also match in color. The main one is green silk, Three woolen ornaments. Corresponding to the seven tree-shaped mothers, The four grain birds are also the same color as before. Black sheep, black mouth, purple, nine common lines. All these are actually propitiated with radiance. The main deity's right hand holds a sword, In her left hand, she holds a magical mirror. Black silk is made into dark blue hair. On the crown of her head, turquoise armor, on the right a Garuda, On the left a lion, likewise adorned. Four wrathful effigies should also be offered. After lighting five butter lamps, Likewise 544, rich incense smoke, Various flowers, large meat torma, human food and fruit, Camphor, bezoar, heart and nose powder. Offer them to the five senses. Praises should also be in accordance with the Dharma. With these propitiatory tormas, Finally send them in the direction of the enemy. When the mantra practitioner's vows are broken, These tormas should be used to make amends. Madness, epilepsy, plague, and death, Are all punishments for breaking vows. Use these tormas to make amends. Fresh sprouts are highly valued, Use them to propitiate the vows. From the body of the mother goddess's existence, The black goddess's Matrang image torma, the fourteenth chapter on propitiating the vows.
