Empowerment. Samaya. From the Secret Tantra of the Luminous Blazing Sun. Chapter Fourteen: Practicing the Skill of Oṃ(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), and Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Ah Ho! Listen, assembled gathering. This genuine, uncontaminated wisdom, if you wish to rely on the tantra and see it, with the view of the Shravakas' peace, bring the three doors of body, speech, and mind into their natural state. The body is the support of the seven-point posture of Vairochana. With mudras, samadhi, and the lotus posture, the spine straight, the neck slightly bent, and the nape raised. Do not move or stir, remain still. Speech is to cut off the stream of speech, and not make any sound. The mind is to be clear and unscattered, with both eyes fixed on the tip of the nose. The nose is also fixed on the tip of the mind. Gather them into one and remain in equanimity. Thus, with the view of the Shravakas' peace, by this very view, the body, speech, and mind are brought into their natural state, and the method of meditation is truly like this. Again, listen, assembled gathering. With the view of the Wrathful One himself, bring the three doors of body, speech, and mind into their natural state, and understand them in three aspects. Stand without anyone moving or shaking, be as stable as a mountain, be as pervasive as the sky, be as full as the ocean. Speech is in the manner of the Wrathful One's roaring laughter, with Ha(藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈) Ha(藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈) Hi(藏文:ཧི་,梵文天城体:हि,梵文罗马拟音:hi,汉语字面意思:嘻) Hi(藏文:ཧི་,梵文天城体:हि,梵文罗马拟音:hi,汉语字面意思:嘻) Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and Phaṭ(藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), and so forth, should be uttered. The mind is fixed within the eyes, both eyes gaze into the expanse of space, fixed like a spear without moving. Subdue all thoughts with power, the experience of great clarity and emptiness arises, and one will be joined with the supreme common attainments. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Ah Ho! Listen, assembled gathering. With the view of the Shravakas themselves, bring the three doors of body, speech, and mind into their natural state, this is the very essence of Trekchö. The body is to be still and slow. Speech is to not speak, and remain in its own place. The mind is to not scatter, and relax in its own place. Both eyes are slightly closed, focused on the mind. The mouth is slightly open, with a space between the teeth just enough for a barleycorn to pass through. The breath of the three doors is slow, and the mind wanders slightly outward. Thus, practice repeatedly for a long time, then cut off thoughts. The three times of thoughts, past, present, and future, what are their shapes and colors like? Where did they first arise from? Where do they dwell in the middle? Where do they go in the end? What are their faults and virtues like? Examine them well and meditate repeatedly. By meditating in this way, all thoughts arise from the body and mind.

In emptiness, well decide and gather into the mind. This body is born from the cause of ignorance, the dwelling place of the mind should be regarded as essential. How to observe the body without mind? Determine that it is like a stubborn stone. The emptiness of the mind, without beginning or end, is united with the mind. How to observe the mind without a body? Grasp the face of wind and space. After the mind is decided, all discriminating thoughts are united with the mind. Mind and discriminating thoughts become one. After that, the place of birth of the mind, and the place of dwelling, the place of going, the goer, and the shape, color, things, and what are the faults and merits, all should be observed. Again and again focus on the goal and meditate. If the place of birth of the mind cannot be found, then determine that the nature of the mind is empty. That emptiness is free from the face of grasping, that is the Dharmakaya to be confirmed. Constantly abide in this. After that, the dwelling place of the mind, if you say there is, then all things are empty. If you say there is not, then the discriminator is clear. That emptiness and clarity is free from the face of grasping, that is the Sambhogakaya, emptiness and clarity are unobstructed to be confirmed. Constantly abide in this state. After that, the place of going of the mind, if you say there is not, then the existing one is the mind. Practicing the ten virtues can attain liberation. Practicing non-virtue will fall into evil destinies. Thus, where do all the good and bad deeds done by the mind achieve? After that, like the Nirmanakaya. Now the awareness in an instant, mind and memory thinking immeasurable appear. When the mind looks inward at the mind, because it is unobstructed and not formed into things, the shaking is like a cool breeze. Thus, the name and form of the mind, the skandhas and all places are, there is no goer, doer and maker. Therefore, the mind nature has no birth and death. Confirm with the Nirmanakaya. Thus, the three bodies are held in the mind. The mind has no face to grasp, its nature emptiness is the Dharmakaya. Because the discriminating function of the mind is clear, the nature of clarity is the Sambhogakaya. The wonderful function of the mind appears unobstructed change, great compassion pervades is the Nirmanakaya. The nature of the three bodies is the nature of Bodhicitta. In the state of clear emptiness unobstructed, without artificiality naturally, without shaking waran, without leakage mingran, clear emptiness non-dual yongran, natural pervasive mingran, calm relaxed xingran, waran flashing tuoran, soft light state.
