ར་དོའི་འཇིགས་པ་གང་ཤར་བ། །སྔར་འདྲིས་མི་དང་འཕྲད་པ་བཞིན། །རང་སྣང་ངོ་བོ་ཤེས་པས་བར་དོར་གྲོལ། །དེས་ན་འདི་ཉིད་མཐོང་བས་ཆོག །ཨ་ཏི་ཀློང་གསལ་སྙིང་ཏིག་འདི། །ཐེག་པ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་དོ་ཟླ་མིན། །ཅེས་སྟོང་གསལ་མ་འགགས་པའི་ཀློང་ནས་ཤར་ཏེ།སྟོན་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་མོ་དང་། དབྱིངས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལས་གྲུབ་པའི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་སྡེ་ལྔ་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་སུ་ཡི་རངས་ཏེ། ཆོས་ཉིད་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་མོ་ལ་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་པའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་བཅུ་དགུ་པའོ།། །།ས་མ་ཡ། གཏད་རྒྱ། སྦས་རྒྱ། ཟབ་རྒྱ། འདི་ལྟར་ཤར་བའི་གསང་རྒྱུད་ལས། མོན་ཡུལ་སྤ་གྲོའི་ལུང་གསུམ་དུ། །ཁྱད་པར་སྟག་ཚང་སེང་ཕུག་ཏུ། །ཨོ་རྒྱན་པདྨའི་གསུངས་བཞིན་ལྷག་ཆད་མེད་པ་རུ། །འཚོ་རྒྱལ་བདག་གིས་ཡི་གེར་བྲིས་པ་རྫོགས།། །།ས་མ་ཡ། རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ། བདག་འདྲ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ངས། །ཕྱི་རབས་དོན་དུ་ཤོག་བུའི་ལོགས་ལ་བཏབ། །སྐལ་ལྡན་ལས་ཅན་སྙིང་གི་བུ་དང་འཕྲད་པར་ཤོག །ཀློང་གསལ་ཉི་མའི་གསང་རྒྱུད་མ་རྒྱུད་ལ། །རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་དཔེ་ཚར་གསུམ་དུ་ཕྱེ་ནས་ཀྱང་། །མ་རྒྱུད་ལེའུ་བརྒྱ་དང་སུམ་ཅུ་ཡོད། ། ལས་རྒྱུད་ལེའུ་བཅུ་གསུམ་དེ་ཕྱི་རྒྱུད། །དོན་རྒྱུད་ལེའུ་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་འདི་ཉིད་ལས། །འདི་ནི་སྙིང་པོའི་གསང་བ་དོན་རྒྱུད་ཡིན། །འདི་ནི་གསང་གཏེར་གསུམ་དུ་སྦས་ཏེ་བཞག །པདྨ་བདག་གི་ཐུགས་བཅུད་དམ་པ་འདི། །འདི་འདྲའི་རྒྱུད་མཆོག་རྒྱ་བོད་གཉིས་ན་དཀོན། །འཕང་ཚད་མིག་ལ་གཅེས་ཚད་སྙིང་དང་འདྲ། །མ་རྒྱུད་ལུས་འདྲ་ལས་རྒྱུད་སྙིང་འདྲ་ཞིང་། །འདི་ནི་ཡང་གཅེས་སྲོག་གི་དྭངས་མ་འདྲ། །འདི་ལས་ཡང་ཟབ་བདག་འདྲ་པདྨས་ཀྱང་། །རྒྱ་ནས་བོད་དུ་བསྒྱུར་བ་ཡོད་རེ་སྐན། །འདི་ནི་ཆིག་བརྒྱུད་མ་གཏོགས་སྤེལ་མི་རུང་། །མན་ངག་ནོར་ཕྱིར་འཚོང་བ་མ་ཡིན་ཀྱང་། །གསེར་སྲང་རེ་ཡི་མཎྜལ་མེད་པ་རུ། །འདི་ཉིད་བྱིན་ན་གསང་གཏམ་ཉམས་པ་ཡིན། །པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་རྔ་ཡབ་གླིང་འགྲོ་ཡང་། །ཐུགས་བཅུད་སྙིང་པོའི་རྒྱུད་དོན་འདི་འདྲ་བཞག །ཨེ་མ་སྐུ་དྲིན་སེམས་མཛོད་རྗེས་འཇུག་རྣམས། །རྒྱུད་དོན་འདི་ལ་དུམ་བུ་རིམ་གསུམ་ཕྱེ། །ངེས་དོན་སྙིང་གི་གསང་རྒྱུད་འདི་ཁོ་ན། །མ་འོངས་དུས་སུ་རྒྱུད་གསུམ་དུས་འཇོལ་ཡང་། །ཕྱོགས་སྡེབ་མ་བྱེད་རང་རྒྱུད་སོ་སོར་ཞོག །འདི་ཉིད་བཀའ་ལུང་བུ་ལ་བསྟོད་པའི་དུས། །ཚོགས་སྐོངས་བརྒྱ་རྩ་སྔོན་དུ་མ་སོང་ནས། །མཁའ་འགྲོའི་བཀའ་ཆད་རང་སྲོག་ངེས་པར་ཆོད། །བཀའ་བཞིན་སྒྲུབ་མཛོད་ང་ཡི་རྗེས་འཇུག་རྣམས།

中阴的怖畏无论显现何者，都如与往昔熟识之人相遇一般。认识自显的本性，便可在中阴获得解脱。因此，仅是见到此（法）便已足够。阿底空明心髓此法，八乘（佛法）无法与之匹敌。如是，从空明无碍的虚空中显现，导师普贤佛母和，由界和智慧所成就的五部空行母等皆心生欢喜。对法性普贤佛母显现赞颂的章节，即第十九品。萨玛雅（藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）。封印，隐藏，甚深。如此显现的秘密续部中，在门隅（不丹）巴罗（Paro）的三处圣地，尤其是在虎穴寺（Taktsang）的圣地狮子洞（Senge Phuk）。完全按照邬金（Ugyen）莲花生大师（Padmasambhava）的教言，没有丝毫遗漏。由我措嘉（Tsogyal）亲手书写完成。萨玛雅（藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）。封印，封印，封印。我，如同莲花生大师一般，为了后世的利益，将其写在纸上。愿它与具缘有缘的心子相遇。空明太阳的秘密续部母续中，续部的版本分为三份之后，母续有一百三十品。 行续十三品，那是外续。事续十八品，就在这其中。这是精华的秘密事续。这被隐藏在三个秘密宝藏中。莲师我自己的殊胜心髓，这样的殊胜续部在汉藏两地都稀有。珍贵程度，如同眼睛般珍贵，如同心脏般珍爱。母续如同身体，行续如同心脏，而这（事续）则更珍贵，如同生命的精华。比这更深奥的，即使是我莲花生大师，从汉地翻译到藏地的也少之又少。这只能单传，不能公开传授。即使不是为了用诀窍换取财富，但如果没有一两黄金的曼扎供养，传授此法，秘密就会丧失。即使莲花生大师前往罗刹洲，也留下了如此心髓精华的续部要义。唉玛！具恩德、心怀宝藏的后学者们，将此续部要义分为三个部分。这才是究竟意义的心髓秘密续部。未来，即使三续混杂在一起，也不要混合在一起，各自保留各自的续部。当对此法进行开示和赞颂时，如果事先没有进行百次荟供，违背空行母的誓言，必定会丧命。我的后学者们，请按照教言修行。

Whatever fears arise in the bardo, (they are) like meeting someone familiar from the past. By knowing the essence of one's own appearances, one is liberated in the bardo. Therefore, seeing this alone is sufficient. This Ati Longsal Nyingtik, is unmatched by the eight vehicles. Thus, it arises from the unobstructed expanse of emptiness and clarity. May the teacher Kuntuzangmo and the five classes of dakinis, who are accomplished from the realms and wisdom, and others, rejoice. The nineteenth chapter, which is the manifest praise to the Dharmata Kuntuzangmo. Samaya. Sealed. Hidden. Profound. From this secret tantra that arises in this way, in the three valleys of Paro in Mon country (Bhutan), especially in the Tiger's Nest (Taktsang) Senge Phuk. In the Mother Tantra of the Secret Tantra of Longsal Nyima, after dividing the tantra's copies into three sets, there are one hundred and thirty chapters in the Mother Tantra. The thirteen chapters of the Action Tantra are the Outer Tantra. Among the eighteen chapters of the Accomplishment Tantra, this is the Secret Essence of the Heart. This is hidden in three secret treasures. This sacred heart essence of Padma, such a supreme tantra is rare in both China and Tibet. Its preciousness is like the eyes, its cherishedness is like the heart. The Mother Tantra is like the body, the Action Tantra is like the heart, and this (Accomplishment Tantra) is even more precious, like the essence of life. Even I, Padmasambhava, have translated very few tantras more profound than this from China to Tibet. This must be transmitted only through a single lineage, and must not be disseminated publicly. Even if it is not for selling the instructions for wealth, if there is no mandala offering of one sang of gold, giving this will diminish the secret. Even if Padmasambhava goes to the Rakshasa continent, he has left behind such a heart essence tantra meaning. Ema! Kind and treasure-minded followers, divide this tantra meaning into three parts. This alone is the definitive meaning of the heart's secret tantra. In the future, even if the three tantras are mixed together, do not combine them, keep each tantra separate. When giving instructions and praise for this, if one hundred tsok gatherings have not been performed beforehand, violating the dakinis' samaya will certainly result in death. My followers, please practice according to the instructions.
