By sealing the ground with a mudra, it is bliss, happiness, and Yungdrung (Tibetan: གཡུང་དྲུང་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वस्तिक, Sanskrit Romanization: svastika, Chinese literal meaning: auspicious). With the seed syllable that opens the five causes, open the door of Mount Meru. With the mudra of the goddess, practice the seed syllable of the iron hook. Extracting from the one realm, with the seed syllable that connects to the boundary. To expand the unchanging wisdom, connect the boundaries with the great general holder. Like mixing gold and silver, even if engaging in sin, wisdom blazes. Or clearly manifest the mandala, offering the complete five aggregates to the deities. In the root secret lotus (Sanskrit: bhaga), with the seed syllable that connects to the boundary. If one can give birth to a son, it is supreme merit. Like the blazing fire of the eon's end, burning the firewood of existence, even if engaging in sin, wisdom blazes. With the blazing fire of wisdom, burn the habitual tendencies of all beings. Like adding wood to fire, even if engaging in sin, wisdom blazes. To unite with mother, sister, and vulgar people, cultivate desire. In the five places of the deity's seed syllables, in one place, unite with the assembly of deities. On the path, with the seed syllable of bliss, adorn the lotus (Sanskrit: bhaga) with lotuses. On the seat, with the seed syllable of bliss, the great expanse of the wheel of bliss is complete with spokes. With the seed syllables of action on the left and right, on the head are the five Dakinis. The seed syllable of the bell is on the soles of the feet, the seed syllable of the noose is on both hands. Oneself is the stable body of essence, in the five places are five seed syllables of swords. In one place, there are five times five Dakinis surrounding. The seed syllable of attraction is on the spine, the seed syllable of joy is on the left and right, the seed syllable of service is in the secret place, the seed syllable of the iron hook is on both feet, the seed syllable of the iron chain is on both hands, the seed syllable of movement is at the junction. If one expands, it is non-dual. Expanding the assembly, with the seed syllables of the four offerings. The space realm is the command, pleasing offering, purifying the sins of beings in the six realms. With the great seed syllable of entering, gathering and dissolving into the space of Samantabhadra. Like in the unfathomable ocean, all streams gather. In the wind circles of both Kriya and Carya, dragon goddesses such as mothers and sisters, and people of evil castes such as Chandalas (Sanskrit: caṇḍāla), if one can unite in nine ways, it is supreme merit. Thus it was spoken, and all the retinue obtained the accomplishment of attachment and aversion. This is the fourth chapter, the section on the precepts of Tana and Gana. The Vajra.

Then Vajrasattva again pleaded: How should I diligently perform the great manifest conduct offering? Please listen to me, supreme lord of all. The King of Bliss then spoke: Therefore, listen, Vajrasattva. Manifest conduct offerings are diverse. One possesses the mandala of the self-arisen dakinis. For the enjoyment of ornaments and clothing, purify with a handful of light syllables, and the mandala will be pleased. For the enjoyment of food and drink, place the seed syllable of burning at the end, manifestly purify with the seed syllable of nectar, and if you offer and eat with the seed syllable of joy and delight, the mandala will be pleased. For the enjoyment of being satiated by drinking, purify with the seed syllable of burning, and if you purify and drink with the great seed syllable of water, the mandala will be pleased. Giving and taking, purify with the seed syllables of male and female, and you will attain skillful means and wisdom. The offering delights the mandala of light. The signs are ka ni nga tha do. If you purify with the seed syllables of skillful means and wisdom, sins will be cleansed and there will be no faults. If you do this, the noble ones will be pleased. With the great manifest conduct offering, the nature of dharma is without substance. Purify with the empty syllable of non-substance. Emptiness is empty, inherently devoid. The vessel of accumulation is also empty of substance. The ripening is without emptiness. The agent and the action are originally the fruit of emptiness. By realization, one takes the fruit of emptiness. Good and bad are non-dual. There is no taking of the great bindu. From the beginning, one is the king of taking. After he spoke these words, the entire assembly of Vajrasattva and others, without distraction, contemplated the fruit of emptiness. Then the god Subduer of Foes rose from his seat, grasped the feet of the great Lord of All, and the great Subduer of Foes pleaded: Consider, goddess of great bliss and wisdom. Due to the delusion of existence, what is the delusion of the mind? Touching the feet with his head, he begged forgiveness for the great emptiness. He begged forgiveness for the great fruit. He begged forgiveness for the great enlightenment. Then he attained the great, unapprehendable Brahma. Then that Vajrasattva rose and the bindus coiled around his body like snakes. He made offerings of great beauty. He begged for the great outer empowerment. He begged for the great inner empowerment. The secret empowerment.
