Through the great power of might, subduing the four maras, and taming through skillful means, therefore, the profound secret mandala tantra reveals the meaning of the essence of the oral instructions. This is not common to all. If this is shown to others, it will be like a seed killed by frost, like a seed burned by fire, like food falling into a bad vessel, like inferior barley being burned. This meaning is not to be spread to others. If it is held in one's own mind, then accomplishment itself will always be attained. All power and splendor will increase. All accomplishments will be attained. Thus it was said. The twenty-ninth chapter, the chapter on oral instruction empowerment. The god who subdues harm again asks, how to recognize the मां（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）(ma, mā, mother) ? The father of perfect enlightenment said, recognize the मां（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）(ma, mā, mother) in this way: the uncreated mind itself, मु खा ले（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）(mu kha le, mukha le, mouth face take), thirteen mothers born from the mind, fourteen mothers of space, and twenty mothers of wisdom. All-pervading Shuri Ma, the five great mothers who fulfill the vows, the six Shug Drol who subdue enemies and obstacles, the seven fierce and powerful mothers, the eight Rakshasa women who cut off the heart of harm, the nine great ministers who endure hardship, and the four queens of hidden power, the four mothers born from the mind, the four sisters who abide by the vows, the four friends who are held in the mind, the four daughters born from the body, the four chief mothers of all mothers, the four queens who accomplish amrita, the four ministers who accomplish phurba, the four mistresses of the mother's offerings, the four servants who act in deeds, now the four goddesses who seize breath, the four root wrathful mistresses of the mothers, the four goddesses who seize the hearts of enemies, the sole mother who is the basis of all and the transformation of the ground, Dragmo Gyal who controls the four continents, Tsa Dza Shawa Re Ma who controls the three thousand worlds, the glorious Remati who controls enemies, the assembly of lowly women with great worldly power, the twenty-one attendants of Yama, the eighty-one worker mothers, the single sister of the northeast direction, the seven assemblies of black mothers who are emanations of the mind, the two hundred thousand assemblies of black mothers, the seven assemblies of white mothers who are emanations of the body, the two hundred thousand assemblies of white mothers, the seven assemblies of red mothers who are emanations of speech, the two hundred thousand assemblies of red mothers, the seven assemblies of yellow-black mothers of qualities, the seven assemblies of green-black mothers of activities.

The assembly of twenty thousand green-blacks. The thirtieth chapter, the chapter on distinguishing the Mamo Tantra, is complete. Yungdrung Lha also asked: How are appearances and existence gathered into bindus? The manifest and complete Father gave the command: Appearances and existence are gathered into bindus in this way. What is it? From mind, alaya, and consciousness, the Mamo bindus are revealed as nine: The Mamo spontaneously accomplished bindu, the bhaga-place bindu, the Mamo teaching bindu, the Mamo practice bindu, the Mamo emanation bindu, the Mamo skillful means bindu, the Mamo wisdom bindu, the Mamo body, speech, and mind bindu, and the Mamo bodhicitta bindu. It is also called the all-encompassing bindu. It is also called the vast space bindu. It is also called the inexpressible bindu. It is also called unerring. It is also called definitive. It is also called unconditioned. It is also called without cause or condition. It is also called unobstructed. It dwells in the great primordial place. The thirty-first chapter, the chapter on the Mamo appearances and existence bindu, is complete. The root tantra called the Northern Section of Tantras and Teachings is complete.
