束缚时，献曼扎并展示结合之方式。不生执着，丢弃缠足，以美貌和装饰献上结合。于彼处显现结合，以秘密菩提心供养鼻端自身。之后布施于修行之友。之后混合誓言与三昧耶，赐予秘密明妃誓言。之后，为了舍弃嫉妒，与三位修行伴侣一同结合。与每位修行伴侣分别混合誓言。此后无需再做任何事。修持之功德，无需提及其他明妃，四位忿怒自在母，乃至嘿汝嘎等，仅仅身体颤动，便会奔来。于此世间所想之事，无有不成办。修持此时，首先布施三种食子。忏悔。布施偿还宿债之食子。圆满誓言。此为日月颅鬘者之修法。有生安乐母之修持即是涅槃，以慈悲之光行利益众生之事。非为修持之明妃。于寂静险峻之处，应具备四种姓之母，四种物品亦如是陈设。亦陈设新田之供品。具足四种姓之班杂瓶。田之烟供不断绝。亦堆积四尊殊胜金刚橛。亦计数大法螺念珠。亦佩戴大贝头饰。身穿虎皮四层衣。于肠子缠绕之酥油团上，不掺水之清澈血液。各种誓言物。手持三尖拂尘。修持并依止之天女，金刚日，忿怒自在母。乃金刚部之明妃。身色红色，具翡翠发辫。三眼，露出金刚獠牙。于秘密空行水晶嘎乌中盘旋。以无染之结合拥抱有。右手持九尖金刚杵。左手持田之地基拂尘，降伏邪魔外道。示现对明妃之女王忿怒之相。具结合之光彩。金刚有生安乐结合忿怒自在母，乃珍宝部之明妃。身色蓝色。三眼珍宝

In binding, offer the mandala and show the manner of union. Without generating attachment, abandoning the foot bindings, offer the union with beauty and adornment. There, manifestly unite, and with the secret bodhicitta, make offerings to the nose of oneself. Then, give to the companion of practice. Then, mixing vows and samaya, bestow the vows upon the secret consort. Then, in order to abandon jealousy, unite with all three practice partners. Mix the vows separately with each practice partner. After that, there is no need to do anything else. As for the qualities of practice, what need is there to mention other mamos? The four wrathful great powerful mothers, and even Heruka and others, will come running at just the slightest movement of the body. Whatever is thought of in this world, there is nothing that will not be accomplished. At the time of this practice, first offer three kinds of torma. Confess. Offer the torma for repaying karmic debts from past lives. Fulfill the vows. This is the practice method of the one with the sun, moon, and skull garland. The practice of the Blissful Mother of Existence is nirvana, accomplishing the benefit of beings with the light of compassion. She is not a mamo of practice. In a solitary and dangerous place, one should have a mother of the four lineages, and the four implements should be arranged in the same way. Also arrange offerings of a new field. Possess the four lineage bhumpas completely. Do not cut off the smoke offerings of the field. Also pile up four supreme kila. Also count the great conch shell rosary completely. Also wear the great shell headdress. Wear four layers of tiger skin as clothing. On a mass of fat rolled from intestines, pure blood unmixed with water. Various kinds of samaya substances. Holding a three-pointed fan. That goddess who is practiced and relied upon, Vajra Sun, Wrathful Great Powerful Mother. She is the mamo of the Vajra family.
