安上三指宽的箭。从箭孔里倒入少许黑油。念诵一百零八遍度母金刚橛咒语后，倒入箭杆中，用糌粑封口。用黄刺树做弓，在朵玛里，让那莫的心脏面向北方。向四个方向各射一支箭。十五天后会有征兆。时间在初三进行。为摧毁佛法而做，不要为小事而做。咒语是对黑芥子念诵这个：玛德热摩吞索拉顿顿玛玛索夏宁夏匝玛顿亚。然后拔出箭，在朵玛里把心和身体剁成碎片，扔到十字路口。不要让人察觉。十五天后会有征兆。时间在初三进行。为守护佛法而做，不要为小事而做。玛莫心咒之章，第一百一十四。如果想对付所有敌人和魔鬼，就去僻静的地方，在土碗里用黑青稞、豌豆、小麦、芝麻等磨成朵玛。里面放七宝和剁碎的羊肉，做成朵玛。放在内外秘密处。用糌粑做一个十二指长的替身，做好面部和身体。在生皮上写上某人的姓名和氏族，插在其心脏处，放在朵玛里。在粗布上搭起深蓝色黑色的帐篷。在其中放置朵玛替身，自己进入吉祥马头金刚的禅定，生起大慢心，念诵对付一切魔鬼的这个心咒，不要缺字，念诵一千零八遍。魔鬼扎尼拉宗，玛德尼宗，扎匝巴拉尼拉宗，钦西央尼拉宗，吞扎巴哈让顿扎，玛玛扎，顿匝，玛拉匝匝，亚亚定定。然后把心咒和朵玛替身都用老寡妇的旧裙子包起来。扔进水里，就会淹死。埋在秃头蚂蚁窝里，整个山谷都会死光。埋在大石头旁，就会死在山崖边。埋在腐烂的尸体旁，就会死在喧闹的村庄里。埋在大路十字路口，就会死在人多的地方。对付敌人魔鬼之章，第一百一十五。在初三月

Set up a three-finger-wide arrow. Pour a little black oil through the arrow's hole. After reciting the Dorje Phurba mantra one hundred and eight times, pour it into the arrow shaft and seal the opening with tsampa. Make a bow from a thorny shrub, and in the torma, have the heart of that person face north. Shoot one arrow in each of the four directions. There will be signs in fifteen days. The time should be on the third day of the lunar month. Do it to destroy the Dharma, not for trivial matters. The mantra is recited over black mustard seeds: Mati Rakmo Thun Sola Dun Dun Mama So Sha Nying Sha Zama Dun Ya. Then pull out the arrow, chop the heart and body into pieces in the torma, and throw them at the crossroads. Do not let anyone notice. There will be signs in fifteen days. The time should be on the third day of the lunar month. Do it to protect the Dharma, not for trivial matters. The chapter of Mamo Heart Zorma, the one hundred and fourteenth. If you want to deal with all enemies and demons, go to a secluded place, and in an earthen bowl, grind black barley, peas, wheat, sesame, etc., into a torma. Inside, put the seven precious jewels and chopped mutton, and make a torma. Place it in an inner and outer secret place. Make a twelve-finger-long effigy from tsampa, and make the face and body well. Write the name and clan of the person on rawhide, insert it into their heart, and place it in the torma. Erect a dark blue-black tent on a coarse cloth. Place the torma effigy inside, enter into the samadhi of glorious Hayagriva, generate great pride, and recite this heart mantra to deal with all demons, without missing a word, one thousand and eight times. Demon Tri Ni Ra Zung, Mati Ni Zung, Tri Tsa Pala Ni Ra Zung, Chum Shig Yam Ni Ra Zung, Thun Tri Pa Haring Dun Tri, Mama Tri, Dun Dza, Mara Dza Dza, Ya Ya Ting Ting. Then wrap both the heart mantra and the torma effigy in an old widow's old skirt. If thrown into the water, they will drown. If buried in a bald ant nest, the whole valley will die out. If buried near a large rock, they will die on a cliff. If buried near a rotting corpse, they will die in a noisy village.
