切断吧！金刚橛不要倒下！教法之顶不要低落！鲜花不要被霜杀死！秘密的五处所不要舍弃！胜者的教言传承不要断绝！ 守护教法的姐妹们，不要贬低自己的伟大，迅速守护教法的敌对势力！具有意义的士夫，除了我和少数人之外，所有的瑜伽士都不会守护誓言，所有的横逆也不会夺走生命。以前的誓言是什么？为了守护自己的生命，守护自己的誓言。在波涛汹涌的河流中，没有意义就不要渡过！在本来空旷的虚空中，没有意义就不要前往！没有特别的原因，即使面临生命危险也不要前往！不了解要点就空喊，不了解原因就不要前往！因为不了解吉凶的原因，不了解立宗的次第，对于自己胡乱搅动，不要进行苦行事业！对于具有意义的士夫，圆满就像虚空一样圆满于法界，阻碍就是阻止知死的地的漏洞，也就是错觉的来源。切断就是切断轮回的道路。以坚定的心和生命来做这件事！ 玛姆（藏文：མ་མོ།）从有生命的尸体中，发出悲鸣祈祷的时候到了！ 吽（藏文：ཧཱུྂ།，梵文天城体：हूं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）不生不灭的法界，没有过失沾染的色身，虽然没有过失和烦恼，为了守护瑜伽的誓言，虽然身体没有去来，但以化身来究竟利生事业吧！ 变成身体和语言的圆满，是您调伏的因缘，所以请迅速地成办事业吧！ 在大河涌出的地方，不要期望道路而前往！即使是前往的时候，也要恭敬地前往。 在虚空空旷的虚空中，不要期望地方而安住！即使安住也不是玛姆的衡量。 游走于雪山的玛姆，不要前往绿草地上！即使前往也不会变成所依。 安住在誓言中的士夫，不要没有目标地修持！ 赡部洲四大部洲不是地方，不要舍弃根本的殊胜处所！ 一切的存在不是因缘，不要舍弃五根的因缘！三有不是业，不要舍弃无忧的菩提！ 即使是混乱的争吵也不是因缘，不要

Cut! Do not let the vajra dagger fall! Do not degrade the height of the doctrine! Do not let the frost kill the flowers! Do not abandon the five secret places! Do not cut off the lineage of the Victorious Ones' teachings! Sisters who uphold the doctrine, do not demean your own greatness, quickly protect the enemies of the doctrine! The meaningful person is one who, except for myself and a few others, all yogis do not keep their vows, and all obstacles do not take life. What were the previous vows? To protect one's own life, keep one's own vows. In the swirling river, do not cross without meaning! In the empty sky, do not go without meaning! Do not deviate from the purpose, even if it means risking your life! Even if you shout in vain without knowing the key, do not leave without knowing the reason! Because you do not know the reason for good and bad omens, and you do not know the order of establishing the doctrine, do not engage in ascetic activities by stirring yourself up in confusion! For the meaningful person, fulfillment is like the sky, fulfilling the expanse of space. Obstruction is the obstruction of the source of delusion, which is the hole in the ground where death is known. Cutting is cutting off the path of samsara. Do this with a steadfast heart and life! The time has come for the Mamos to wail and pray from the inanimate corpse of existence! Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), the unborn and unceasing realm of Dharma, the form body unstained by faults, although without faults and afflictions, for the sake of guarding the vows of yoga, although the body has no coming and going, may you accomplish the benefit of beings through emanations! Those who have become the fulfillment of body and speech are the cause of your taming, so please quickly accomplish your activities! Do not go expecting a path where the great river emerges! Even when going, go with respect. In the empty space of the sky, do not dwell expecting a place! Even if you dwell, it is not the measure of the Mamos. The Mamos who roam the snowy mountains, do not go to the green grasslands! Even if you go, you will not become a support. The person who abides in the vow, do not practice without a goal! The four continents of Jambudvipa are not the place, do not abandon the supreme place of the fundamental ground! All of existence is not a condition, do not abandon the condition of the five senses! 舍弃吧！所有交往的都不是朋友，不要舍弃名字好的殊胜朋友！不要杀害游动的鱼，不要抓住飞翔的鹫鹰，不要寻找隐藏的心性，不要杀害威严的狮子，不要阻止快速的信使，不要使唯一的希望之子灰心丧气，不要断绝轮回的名字，不要贬低成就的名字，如果执着于贪婪，即使是魔鬼也可以，如果委托倾听，即使是敌人也可以，如果通过修行能够成就，即使是鬼怪也可以，如果安住于誓言，即使是亲戚也可以。没有指定和回向，居住于三有之中，以及操纵三个世界的人们，无论做什么都不要责备，今生和来世两者，以您为最殊胜的朋友而回向，请成就这个指定的事业，请使这个隐藏的事业最终实现！如果没有降临到我的要害，为何舍弃明母的要害？如果没有降临到我的生命，为何舍弃恶毒的诅咒？如果没有降临到我的心意，为何将身心作为目标？如果没有降临到我的语言，为何发出愤怒的吼声？如果没有降临到我的誓言，为何舍弃生死攸关的要害？如果是这样或者不是这样，请从我的身体来看，身体如同衰老陈旧的月亮，请从我的光彩来看，光彩如同黑暗的阴影，请从我的光泽来看，光泽如同陈旧的花朵，我的心如同熄灭的火星，阿赖耶识如同波涛汹涌的海洋，呼吸如同垂死的老人。是这样或者不是这样？这是真实的誓言，请看护誓者的生命。东方居住的具有誓言者，看到了吗，明母魔女的眷属？明母眷属魔女不要眨眼，听着，心如豌豆般大，为了抓住誓言的生命而降临于事物，为了不被抓住而行事业！南方居住的化身明母眷属，稍微摇动蓝色的头发，如同南方乌云密布，具有力量而行事业！西方居住的行事业明母，红铜色，摇动铜色的头发，全部聚集起来将血病送给敌人，具有力量而行事业！北方居住的明母，是虚空的明母，努力于遣除世间的障碍，全部聚集起来有一千零八个，在九地之下旋转。

Abandon! All who associate are not friends, do not abandon the excellent friend with a good name! Do not kill the swimming fish, do not catch the soaring eagle, do not seek the hidden mind, do not kill the majestic lion, do not stop the swift messenger, do not discourage the only son of hope, do not sever the name of samsara, do not denigrate the name of accomplishment, if attached to greed, even a demon is acceptable, if entrusted to listen, even an enemy is acceptable, if accomplishment is achieved through practice, even a ghost is acceptable, if abiding by the oath, even a relative is acceptable. There is no designation or dedication, residing in the three realms of existence, and those who manipulate the three worlds, whatever they do, do not blame, for both this life and the next, I dedicate you as the most excellent friend, please accomplish this designated task, please bring this hidden task to ultimate fruition! If it does not befall my vital point, why abandon the vital point of the Mamo? If it does not befall my life, why abandon the vicious curse? If it does not befall my mind, why set up body and mind as targets? If it does not befall my speech, why utter an angry roar? If it does not befall my oath, why abandon the vital point of life and death? If it is so or not so, please look from my body, the body is like an old and worn moon, please look at my radiance, the radiance is like the shadow of darkness, please look at my luster, the luster is like an old flower, my mind is like a dying spark, the Alaya is like a turbulent ocean, the breath is like a dying old man. Is it so or not so? This is a true oath, please watch over the life of the oath-keeper. Those who reside in the east with oaths, do you see the retinue of Mamo demonesses? Mamo retinue demonesses, do not blink, listen, with hearts as big as peas, come to the objects to seize the life of the oath, perform the activities so as not to be seized! The retinue of incarnate Mamos residing in the south, slightly shaking their blue hair, like the southern clouds gathering darkly, come to the activities with power! The activity-performing Mamo residing in the west, copper-colored, shaking her copper-colored hair, all gathered together, send the blood disease to the enemy, come to the activities with power! The Mamo residing in the north, is the Mamo of space, striving to avert the obstacles of existence, all gathered together, there are one thousand and eight, revolving beneath the nine earths.
