The chief mother holds a sword in her right hand, and in her left, she holds a mirror of illusion. Black silk is her garment, and her dark blue hair is disheveled. On her crown, she wears a turquoise armor, with a kyung bird on the right and a lion on the left, thus adorned. Also, offer four powerful ransom offerings. After lighting five butter lamps, similarly offer rich incense smoke, various flowers, large meat torma, human king fruits, and powders of gorocana and heart essence, offering them to the five senses. Praises are offered properly, and everything is in harmony. With these fulfilling torma, finally send them towards the enemy's side. When the practitioner's vows are broken, these torma will make amends. Madness, epilepsy, plagues, and death are punishments for broken vows. Make amends with these torma. Fresh sprouts are highly valued, use them to fulfill the vows. From the corpse of existence, the torma in the form of the black goddess's womb, the fourteenth chapter on fulfilling the vows ends. Then, Yungdrung deity asked, "Alas! God of power in the world! For the great mother blood torma, which are the mothers to be fulfilled? How to collect those materials?" Thus he asked. Again, he instructed: The mothers to be fulfilled are: fourteen yoginis, seven mothers and four sisters, the six sisters of Ekajati (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Ekajati，One Braid), four secret places, four supports of the world, four war queen goddesses, and twenty-eight mothers accomplished in deeds, the acting mother and the doing mother. Twenty-eight. The vow substances of the acting Mamos. Hawks, owls, crows, etc. Combined, there are thirteen kinds of blood. Offer pleasing offerings to the seventy-three Mamos. Furthermore, thirteen groups of Mamos. To the fourteen Yogini Mamos. Two chief mothers, each with three groups, each group with five. Seven Mamos and four Rakshasis, each with two. Make thirteen sets of four fierce offerings. That is, dress the two chief mothers in silk skirts. Dress the eleven in various beautiful garments. Make thirteen cups of blood. Distinguish each group and category. The ritual corresponds to the three types of Torma groups. Then, when casting the Torma, put three fierce offerings into the thirteen cups of blood and discard them. Then, arrange the four continents. Thirteen continents should be made, or nine continents should be made. One group for the fourteen Yogini Mamos. Thus, it is said in the Great Condensed Torma. The ritual for casting the Torma is all the same. Casting is to cast to both the acting mother and the actor. Fulfill the wishes of the Minister of Life. If the mantra practitioner breaks vows and is afflicted by blood disease, then do this. Do it to protect the Dharma, and to accomplish whatever you want to accomplish. Fulfill the wishes of a castrated ram with a name. In general, fulfill by the radiance of the nine flying in the sky and the nine entering the earth.
