Accomplished. The mandala of the arising of the teachings is indeed constant. True qualities are vast, and one is never satiated by beholding the two bodies. Because of beholding, it is not permissible to see. It is the profoundness of the great surpassing the great. Self-arisen wisdom is without seeking, and it also shows the path of liberation after liberation. From the Great Bliss Tantra, the essence of the secret instructions, the fourth chapter, which shows that the path is longer than that of the Tirthikas and Shravakas. Then, the Bhagavan Samantabhadra entered into the samadhi of showing the mandala of sentient beings, and again spoke this verse: Since the secret bindu is non-dual, the light of the wisdom of the true ground, the Bhagavan himself is the god of gods. I prostrate to the great hero. Sentient beings are without elaboration, unborn, abandoning the debate of whether to be born or not, arising and what has arisen are well combined, the supreme and constant combination. The source of all precious things, the source of light is like the sky, the victory banner is erected ablaze, the radiant sun empowers. The pure enjoyment of the Dharma arises, the best of the opening red lotus, desire itself is the best of secrets, the body of amrita that illuminates all. Perfectly endowed with complete transformation and power, the Tathagata shows the fist gesture, various wisdoms are various and great, great virtuous deeds are especially apparent. Holding the supreme bindu of all origins, in the essence of the unborn and unarisen, where are all the fabricated dharmas? Originally uncreated, beyond activity, by the terms of awareness and wisdom, the great element, the Bhagavan. From the Great Bliss Tantra, the fifth chapter, which shows that the separate lineages of secret instructions are also gathered into the lineage where the terms do not change. Then, the Bhagavan entered into the samadhi of great protection, and again spoke this verse: Commitment itself and conduct, the assembly of deities and activities, obscurations and arising, the five great substances and the five afflictions, the commitment of the great skillful means itself, the limb commitments are gathered in five pairs. Without superior, not abandoning, honoring the guru, mantra and mudra are not interrupted, delighting in entering the true path, not speaking for the sake of secret meaning. Of the limb commitments, five pairs, for each of the five pairs, the wise one has twenty.

Division into Two. Also, regarding the five root samayas, With the power of wisdom, For each of the three sets of ten, Make it clear, not being ignorant. The samaya is a precious jewel, Established as a vajra in the ocean of the earth. A single moment, the perfection of emptiness. The great elements, the Bhagavan. The Bhagavan abides in enlightenment. For all beings, it abides in nature. Although analyzed perversely, In short, with all the holy ones, Liberation is self-born, not from others. From the Tantra of Great Bliss, the sixth chapter, which teaches all the secret instructions and samayas without exception. Then, the Bhagavan Samantabhadra, having entered into the samadhi of being undivided by faults, spoke this verse especially. For the body of the Sugata Buddhas, Immeasurable, it is not proper to obscure, Therefore, it is undivided by faults. Those with desire, hatred, and ignorance, Pride and jealousy, all practice, For the supreme of the unsurpassed vehicle, Becoming the supreme accomplisher, That itself is supreme, without compare. Those of low birth, outcastes with blemishes, Those with Hinayana and wrong views, Base and ignorant ones, and so forth, Those who practice for the sake of secret meaning, It is said that they will accomplish this supreme vehicle. The five inexpiable sins and those without samaya, Thieves, robbers, army commanders, Even those who turn the wheel of sin, Should practice in this supreme vehicle, The great unsurpassed vehicle. Delighting in killing and adultery, Taking what is not given, Lying, harsh words, and greed, Those who constantly engage in desire, Are praised as vessels of the unsurpassed vehicle. Having intercourse with mothers, sisters, and daughters, Eating excrement and urine as food, Disturbing and slandering monks in meditation, Burning temples and sutras, They also hold the sacred Dharma. That fortunate individual, Is no different from the true Buddha, Enjoying the perfection of the two great assemblies. Butchers holding sharp knives, Purifying the abodes of the six realms, The hero of the path of liberation, the body of enlightenment, The comfortable footsteps of all the Buddhas. The Dharmakaya, the equality without thought, Unattainable, like a moon in water. Through the play of Samantabhadra, The A अली (Tibetan: ཨ་ལི་, Devanagari: अलि, Romanized Sanskrit: ali, meaning: A) and Ka कलि (Tibetan: ཀ་ལི་, Devanagari: कलि, Romanized Sanskrit: kali, meaning: Ka) are profoundly taught. Emaho, the meaning of Dharma arises, The conduct of the Dharma lord is completely pure.
