That view of the knot-holder: In ultimate appearance, there is no self-nature, Even gods and goddesses appear merely conventionally, In the nature of equality, without any characteristics, Clinging to gods and goddesses is the supreme clinging demon. Since both arise on their own and are liberated on their own, Yoga is not abandoned, it is the ornament of the Great Perfection. The view of the Maha Knot-holder is: With the supreme method, the superior conventional, With the supreme wisdom, the superior ultimate, See the non-dual supreme truth as supreme. Although there are differences, equality is also in equality, Without difference, devoid of the field of activity, is the demon of partiality. In Ati, the nature of equality without bias, Since both arise on their own and are liberated on their own, Maha is not abandoned, it is the ornament of the Great Perfection. The view of the Anu Knot-holder is: Outwardly appearing as wisdom, the realm of Samantabhadri, Inwardly appearing as objects, the realm of Samantabhadra, See it as the great bliss of non-duality. In the nature of equality between duality and suffering, The non-dual great bliss is the demon of mental speculation. In Ati, the nature of limitlessness, Since both arise on their own and are liberated on their own, Anu is not abandoned, it is the ornament of the Great Perfection. When the yoga of Great Perfection Ati is spread, All glances at other entrances are within one's own realm, Knowing everything as oneself, the wrong path is forcefully cut off. When the wrong path is cut off, where is the precipice? The precipice itself is also the great realm of awareness, Until the knot of the mind is not untied, Seeking the noble path elsewhere Is like a fox escaping from its hole. Hoping for liberation, how can one be liberated? If you desire, whatever you desire is an extreme, If you desire existence, it is the extreme of permanence, If you desire non-existence, it is the extreme of annihilation. That knot of permanence and annihilation Is the shackle that binds the yogi. That knot is naturally untied. By other paths such as Anu, It is not untied by untying, But is bound again by the rope of attachment. Ati, the vast and boundless realm, I, Do not see the extreme as a fault, How can bondage and liberation be separated? Since both extremes are not abandoned and are liberated on their own, One does not abide merely in non-duality, But since both arise on their own, The four extremes are not abandoned, it is the expansive realm. The four limits are all-encompassing, the skill of vastness. Bondage and liberation are non-dual, blissful in their own place. One bliss, two blisses, all are bliss. All sentient beings in the three realms are bliss. All Buddhas of the three times are bliss.

Happy in the expanse of self-appearing Dharmakaya, Since the Dharmakaya is without change, All phenomena of samsara and nirvana abide in bliss. Because there is no certainty in that, Whatever actions are done are unimpeded, I act in bliss in my expanse. Since whatever is acted upon is unimpeded, Why is there no fear or terror? Because there is no obstruction to anything, What binds what with what? How does a razor cut a razor? How does water moisten two waters? How does space place itself in space? How does fire burn fire? Binding and liberation are also the expanse of awareness, Like the Sala tree, there is no change. One knowing, all liberation, like a sesame seed, Without abandoning the nine vehicles, it is my power, Without practicing Ati, it is my joy, Without high or low, without words, it is my ornament. Having said this, the all-perfect king remained spontaneously in an unmoving state. From the essence of all vehicles, the tantra of the vast expanse, the twenty-fifth chapter, the way of completion without abandoning Anu, is complete. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Then Vajrasattva again requested the teacher: Emaho! The sole, all-penetrating Samantabhadra, Without non-distraction, spontaneously accomplished, Please explain to me the tenets of Ati. Having requested this, the teacher spoke: Aho Vajrasattva, listen! The tenets of Ati, the Great Perfection, Are view, meditation, conduct, and result. The view is that all phenomena of existence and non-existence Are the single essence of bindu, Considered to be self-arisen, without effort. Meditation is like a jewel in the all-pervading sky, Which appears in any way, Appearing but without substance, without certainty, Without fabrication, like the Sala tree, Considered to be great self-illuminating luminosity. Conduct is without anything to be practiced, The result is that in one lifetime, in one body, It is considered to be liberation in the exhausted ground of original purity. Semde, Longde, Menngag, etc., Each bound by their own tenets as sects, All eight vehicles are disparaged, I am without effort, they say. With that sectarian bias, they will not attain Buddhahood. The view is heard through non-meditation, Meditation is heard through primordial meditation, Conduct is heard through non-acceptance or rejection, Vows are heard through non-guarding of boundaries, The path is heard through non-effort, The nature of reality is heard through being anything. Even though it remains and transforms in meaning in that way, It makes all the lower vehicles frightened and terrified. Good and evil, The true cause and effect arise, But there is no need to abandon the practice of the ten virtues.
