There is no blood and pus in it. It pierces upwards from the tip of the heart. It separates upwards from the right shoulder blade. It goes up from the two small tips on the left and right. It pierces the brain from the two right nostrils. It connects to the eyes from within the brain marrow. It pierces the two main veins. The main vein is the far-reaching water lamp. It is like a difficult silk thread. The path of wisdom appears in the heart. The self-light of that wisdom. Comes out from the door called "Cakṣu" (Sanskrit: Cakṣu, Devanagari: चक्षु, Romanization: cakṣu, literal meaning: eye). It shows the appearance of grasping at duality. That wisdom that everyone has. In the clear mirror mandala. Just as whatever cause is shown comes. In the pure empty sky. The essence of meaning, the five aggregates. The key to the unborn, originally complete, is also revealed by the vessel. The energy of appearance is the moving wind. The coarse and subtle are the paths of the wind. All vibrations are the path of Bodhi. The path of the lamp with glass holes. Light and rays appear greatly. For example, with the eyes of a fish. The minute parts of the golden rock vein. Like a skilled craftsman skillfully strings them together. Like a pearl necklace, it reaches the object. That is the pure path of wisdom. I have truly shown it. The impure path of samsara is: For sentient beings who are possessed by life. A majority is occupied by afflictions and ignorance. The basis is the physical body. In the middle of the lungs and heart. The so-called red life vein. Inside one like a thin tube. It is pervaded by the basis of non-intellect. That which is called "mind" is with attachment and aversion. That which is called "intellect" is with conceptualization. The ignorance that is the union of the three. The root of the five poisons and three poisons. That vein is from the left vertebra. It runs from the small tips on the left and right. The wind called breath rides on the horse. The doors run in the mouth and nose. From that, various faults arise. It makes the foundation stone of afflicted samsara. The sign is when the lungs are numb at night. Like radiating red light. It is said to be the entrance to the impure path. After saying this, in the state of self-arising and self-liberation, he remained naturally and unfeignedly. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. From the root text of the essence of all vehicles, the Longchen Rabjam, the thirteenth chapter, which shows which path to travel. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. (Vajrasattva again requested. Alas! Primordial Buddha Samantabhadra. The nature of reality is unobstructed, with great compassion. Please explain the way the path runs. Wisdom

What is the door through which wisdom manifests? Please, Teacher, bestow your words. Having heard this, the Teacher considered, and then said: Ah! Warrior Vajra, listen! The very door through which wisdom manifests is the door called "Cakṣu (ཙཀྵུ, eye)," where all the pure essence of the body gathers. It reveals the appearances of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa. Like a silken thread, the mouth of a maṇḍala, with a slender root and an open mouth, the A-syllable fruit piercing the center, by gazing into the clear expanse of space, the appearance of wisdom freely manifests. The lamp of the empty bindu, and the lamp of the pure realm, and the lamp of self-arisen wisdom, and the lamp of the far-reaching water, through these one directly sees, and now it can be definitively established. Free from the darkness of mental judgment and words, the two eyes are the lamp of the far-reaching water. They gather forms and so forth into their essence, and make meanings appear, thus making them knowable. The lamp of self-arisen wisdom cuts through the doubts of all vehicles. Grasping at self-appearance, it gathers all dharmas. This cuts the continuum of habitual patterns. This gathers the purity of the realm, and one sees the appearance of the manifest nature of reality. The lamp of the empty bindu is the juncture where saṃsāra and nirvāṇa are blended. Dependent on the cakṣu (ཙཀྵུ, eye), rainbows and light appear. The wind stirs up radiance and splendor, transforming and showing the appearance of wisdom. This is what accomplishes all actions. The lamp of the pure realm plants the seeds of yogic experience. The appearance of light manifests as a pure land. Although the names and signs of the lamps are not explained, this is the very reality that is directly seen. The door that causes all appearances to manifest, the great queen unhindered by conditions. From the doors of the eye's maṇḍala, like the sun or the brilliance of crystal, one's own light and inherent nature naturally appear. The characteristics of dharma are the five wisdoms, with undifferentiated colors, possessing characteristics. The appearances of body and wisdom are the unobstructed arising of intrinsic appearance. The self-arisen body of awareness is like a temple, the four lamps are like skylights, self-knowing wisdom is like a butter lamp, the four lamps are like rays of light. The four are also a union of two, and the two are also the expanse. The far-reaching opens the door and holds all forms, the power of wisdom exhausts all meanings, the bindu mixes the expanse and non-duality. Through familiarity with light, it gradually arises. The cakṣu (ཙཀྵུ, eye) is the door through which wisdom manifests. Other than this, there is no other. Thus he spoke, clear and unobstructed.
