There are two types of winds: wisdom wind and karma wind. Wisdom wind is connected to the mind, and the mind is connected to karma wind. Since wind and mind are inseparable, the all-encompassing wind performs actions. Wind moves within the three channels. Five thousand four hundred is the earth wind, and fire and water are the same. It moves twenty-one thousand six hundred times. There are two types of actions it performs: moving upwards and expelling urine and feces downwards. All phenomena depend on wind, and wind is the doer of everything. Because it possesses the power to lift, the earth is pervaded by wind. Because water is pervaded by wind, there is strength in the flowing channels. Because wind pervades fire, it has the power to burn. Because wind is pervaded by wind, there is strength in the moving channels. Because wind pervades the sky, all radiance and qualities arise and manifest. In general, channels, wind, and awareness, although described as distinct, converge into one. Without awareness, mind does not arise. Without this mind, wind does not arise. Once a single mind arises, wisdom is accomplished. From the power of wisdom, unobstructed manifestation arises. Channels, wind, bindu, awareness, and mind, all are inseparable, converging into one taste. Holding onto them separately without understanding is like something without a name becoming named. From the five wisdoms arise the five elements, the five poisons, afflictions, and so on. Confused by holding onto various aspects of one thing, one does not approach the true meaning. Everything is the power of awareness and wind. If one recognizes the inseparable one taste, one's own mind is liberated into the nature of awareness, like clouds dissolving in the sky. Even the contaminated body becomes invisible, and one attains enlightenment in the expanse of wisdom. On the body of the power of wisdom, the dwelling of wind has two aspects: general and specific. Although beyond thought, they converge into five. The lifting wind is white in color, emerging from the heart and entering the spleen channel. It dwells pervading the entire body, pervading the four joints, generating the strength of flesh, bones, and skin. The wind that generates radiance and splendor is yellow in color, emerging from within the heart, exiting from within the kidney channel, pervading the head and feet of the body, nourishing and separating, generating blood, serum, and radiance. The fire-equalizing, warmth-giving, and descending wind dwells in the heart as red light, emerging from within the liver channel, pervading the head and feet of the body, especially dwelling in the stomach, digesting food.

It generates body heat. The greenish wind that separates the essence and the dregs, With light, dwells in the heart. It enters the lungs and pervades the whole body, Especially it dwells in the mouth and nose. After separating the food into essence and dregs, The essence nourishes the elements of the body. The dregs are separated into feces and urine, And discarded through the path of excretion. The wind of non-compassion, With a purplish light, dwells in the heart. Inseparable from pure awareness, It enters the life force channel. It dwells indivisibly as one. Specifically, the dwelling place of the chakra winds, First is the navel chakra, as the source of growth. The shape of the wind is like a rainbow, Like a pair of light spheres, Extremely abundant and adorned with bindus. The shape of the eye is the life-sustaining wind. The wind of compassion is below (the life-sustaining wind), Dwells like the flat eye of a small bird. To its right is the wind that is with fire, Dwells like the breath of sand. To the left is the pervasive wind, like vomit. In the middle of the rainbow is the essence and dregs wind, Dwells like the eye of a wire mesh. Existence is the differentiation of the wind of the navel chakra. The five winds of gathered mindfulness, The citta (藏文:ཙིཏྟ,梵文天城体:चित्त,梵文罗马拟音:citta,汉语字面意思:mind) is like the shape of a precious eight-sided gem. In the center is what is called the life-sustaining wind, The bindu dwells like a bean. Below it is the wind of action, Dwells like the shape of a water bubble. At its peak is the bindu, like the shape of a body, Pervasively dwells in everything. To its right is the essence and dregs wind, The bindu filled with the body dwells. To its left is the pervasive wind, The bindu dwells like the shape of father and mother. The bindu of the unequal wind, Dwells like the shape of minute bindus. The eastern wind is white, flowing, The southern wind is yellow, completely absorbed, Possessing five wisdoms, it is variegated, The northern wind is green, violently shaking, The western wind is blazing, very red. This is the way the mindfulness citta The throat is the explanation of the five winds gathered by taste. The shape of the wind is like the tongue of a jackal, The bindu is like a stack of nine eyes, It is called the life-sustaining wind. Below it is the wind of action, like the eye of a fish, The four directions and four corners are adorned with bindus, Like a stretched tent, it dwells motionless. To the right is the wind that is with fire, Five-layered bindus are like a fluttering banner. To the left is the wind that separates essence and dregs, The bindu is like a pile of bindus and minute bindus. Above is the universally pervasive wind, The bindu dwells like a net-like pattern. The peak is the wind of various arrangements.
