哦！肉是坚固的金刚界，无生无灭佛陀住。血是珍宝藏的界，全部聚集佛陀住。热是净火焚烧的界，烧毁能取所取的佛陀住。风气息轻盈摇动的界，周遍行走的佛陀住。心性觉性赤裸的界，无遮显现佛陀住。身体的珍宝菩提心，聚集八方的宫殿。意思是自己的身体坛城中，体性身是寂静之相，光的身是三十六尊，各自持有种姓的特征，觉性智慧父母显现。父亲的部分执持方便身，母亲的部分执持智慧身。光和光芒寂静的容光，安住的光芒安住在菩提心中。觉性无实法身上，没有烦恼的垢染。智慧身上没有前后，慈悲的力量没有减少增加。珍宝秘密的空隙中，自性清净我本身，自性了知和眷属一起，不分离也不可分。三种显现不间断，智慧显现五光明显。自己回看是法身的境，在自己的胸腔上面安住。智慧境是自己的胸腔，向外看觉的境是法界本身。灯的境是天空，智慧境是火镜。光境是自己的觉性，相是光的坛城。佛陀体性是法身，在自己的心间安住。身是内明瓶身，光是瓶内灯一样。智慧像孔雀蛋，五身智慧法身。觉性光身本来就，境清净显现不间断安住。佛陀自成身智慧，光和觉性通彻地，本来就自成安住在菩提心中。光和光蕴的形态显现，法身不变智慧心。智慧天身明晃晃，化为光芒显为光，清净的显现向十方升起，不消失地安住在菩提心中。无相无境无成就，觉性的体性不变。慈悲无减无垢染，不间断。 不间断无阻碍，不间断光明遍布境，无边境有广大

O! Flesh is the solid Vajra realm, without birth or death, the Buddha dwells. Blood is the realm of the precious treasure, gathering all, the Buddha dwells. Heat is the realm of pure fire burning, burning the grasper and the grasped, the Buddha dwells. Wind and breath, light and moving realm, moving everywhere, the Buddha dwells. Mind-essence, naked awareness realm, unobscured, manifest Buddha dwells. The precious citta of the body, assembled eight-sided palace. The meaning is in the center of one's own body mandala, the essence body is the form of peace, the radiant body is thirty-six, each holding the characteristics of their lineage, awareness and wisdom, father and mother appear. The father's part holds the skillful means body, the mother's part holds the wisdom body. Light and rays, the radiance of peace, the abiding rays abide in the citta. Awareness, the insubstantial Dharmakaya, has no stains of afflictions. The wisdom body has no front or back, the power of compassion has no decrease or increase. The precious secret cavity itself, in the self-nature, pure I myself, self-nature knowing and understanding with the retinue, inseparable and indivisible. The three visions are uninterrupted, the wisdom vision is clear as five lights. Looking back at oneself is the realm of the Dharmakaya, abiding in the upper part of one's own chest. The wisdom realm is one's own chest, looking outward, the realm of awareness is the Dharmadhatu itself. The realm of the lamp is the sky, the wisdom realm is the fire crystal. The light realm is one's own awareness, the sign is the mandala of light. The Buddha essence is the Dharmakaya, abiding in the center of one's own heart. The body is the inner clear vase body, the light is like a butter lamp inside the vase. Wisdom is like a peacock egg, the five bodies are the wisdom Dharmakaya. Awareness, the light body, from the very beginning, the pure realms, appearances uninterruptedly abide. Buddha's self-existing body, wisdom, light and awareness, transparently, from the very beginning, self-existing, abide in the citta. Light and light-essence appear in the form of a house. The Dharmakaya, unchanging, the heart of wisdom. The wisdom deity body, clear and bright, arising as light and clear as rays. Pure appearances rise in the ten directions, abiding in the citta without disappearing. Without signs, without realms, without accomplishment, the essence of awareness is unchanging. Compassion is undiminished, without stains, uninterrupted. Uninterrupted, unobstructed, uninterrupted, clear light pervades the realm, boundless realm has vastness.
