ན་མེ་མར་རྒྱུན་མི་གཅད།། ལང་ཚོའི་སྒྲུབ་པ་འདི་ལྟར་བྱ།། ཤིང་བལ་བུ་དང། བྲག་ཏྲོད་དང་བྲག་ཏོ་ཡང། མར་དང། ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་དང། འདི་རྣམས་དངུལ་བུམ་དུ་བླུག་ནས་དར་དམར་པོས་མགུལ་དུ དཀྲིས་ལ།། གཟུངས་ཐག་དར་དམར་ལེའུ་དཀར་དམར་ཟུང་གཅིག་གིས་བཏགས་ལ། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་བཞག་ལ། གཟུངས་ཐག་དམར་པོ་ཡུམ་གྱིས་གཟུང། དཀར་པོ་ཡབ་ཀྱིས་གཟུང། ཞག་དགུར བསྙེན་པ་བྱ་ཞིང།རྟག་པའི་རྒྱལ་མོ་ལྔ་བསྐུལ་ཞིང་བསྒྲུབ་པོ།། དེ་ནས་རང་རང་གི་སྙིང་པོ་བཟླས།། ཡང་ན་ཚེའི་སྙིང་པོ་དང་གཞུང་གཞན་ནས་འབྱུང་བའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཡང་གཞུང་བཞིན་དུ་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བགྱིའོ།། དུས་ དེར་བར་ཆོད་འབྱུང་བས་མཚམས་ཡང་ནས་ཡང་དུ་བཅད་དོ།། དེ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་སྔགས་འདིའོ།། ཨོྂ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཤ་ན་དུ་ན་བུ་བ་བུདྡྷེ་སཝཱ་ཧཱ། ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཨུ་ཧ་ཡ། ཞེས་རྟག་ཏུ་བཟླས་སོ།། དངོས་གྲུབ་བླང་བའི་སྔགས་གསང་བ འདིའོ།། ཨོྂ་བྷ་བྷ་ལ་ཧྂ་ཨ་ཨ་ཛྙཱ་ན་སའི་སིབཡང།། ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་སུམ་ཅུ་པའོ།།།། གནོད་འདུལ་ལྷ་ཡིས་ཡང་གསོལ་པ།། སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན་གདགས་ཕྱིར།། རིམས་ནད་གཅོད་པའི་ཆོ་ག གང།། མངོན་རྫོགས་ཡབ་ལ་བདག་ཉན་འཚལ།། མངོན་རྫོགས་ཡབ་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ།། སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན་གདགས་ཕྱིར།། རིམས་ནད་གཅོད་པའི་ཆོ་ག་ནི།། ཡང་དག་གཉིད་དུ་ངས་བཤད་ཀྱི།། ཉོན ཅིག་གནོད་འདུལ་ལྷ་ཡི་གཙོ།། ངས་བསྟན་པ་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད།། རིམས་ནད་གཅོད་པའི་ཆོ་ག་ནི།། རེ་མ་ཏི་བསྒྲུབས་ལ་ཐལ་ཆེན་དང་ཡུངས་ཀར་དང། ཙ་རའི་ཁྲག་དང། རོ་སོལ་དང་འདི་རྣམས་བསྲེས་ལ། དེ་གདབ པའི་བརྣག་པའི་སྔགས་འདིའོ།། ཨོྂ་ས་སི་རུ་རུ་ཕུ་རུ་ན་མ་རི། སོྂ་འུ་ར་བ་མ་སུ། པུ་ཏ་ན་བྷྱོ། ཞེས་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་ལ། རིམས་ནད་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་གཏོར་རོ།། ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་ཡང་གཏོར་རོ།། ཕྱི་མ་དུར ཁྲོད་དུ་གཏོར་རོ།། ཆུ་ལ་ཡང་གཏོར་རོ།། དེས་རིམས་ནད་ཆད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།། རིམས་ནད་བཅད་པའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་སོ་གཅིག་པའོ།།།། གནོད་འདུལ་ལྷ་ཡིས་ཡང་གསོལ་པ།། མ་ནུ་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན གདགས་ཕྱིར།། ཆར་དུ་དབབ་པའི་ཆོ་ག་ནི།། རྫོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་བདག་ཉན་འཚལ།། རྫོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། མ་ནུ་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན་གདགས་པའི།། ཆར་དུ་བབ་པ་ངས་བསྟན་གྱི།། ཉོན་ཅིག་གནོད འདུལ་ལྷ་ཡི་གཙོ།། ངས་བསྟན་པ་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད། ཆར་དུ་དབབ་པ་ནི། སྲོ་ལོ་དང། མོན་སྲན་དང།། ཟིང་བུ་དང། དེ་རྣམས་བསྲེས་ལ། དེ་ནས་སླ་ངའི་ནང་དུ་ཆུ་བླུགས་ལ། སྔགས་ཀྱིས་རྫས་དེ་ལ བཏབ་ལ།ཆུ་དེ

Without interrupting the offering of ghee lamps, practice the method of youth like this: Cottonwood fluff, stonecrop and rock tripe, ghee, Amrita (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanization: amṛta, Chinese literal meaning: nectar), put these into a silver vase, wrap the neck with red silk, tie a red silk amulet cord, one end white, one end red, and place it in the center of the mandala. The mother holds the red amulet cord, the father holds the white amulet cord, and perform a nine-day retreat, invoking and practicing the five constant queens. Then recite their respective heart mantras, or recite the longevity heart mantra, and the heart mantras that appear in other scriptures, all recited as described in the scriptures. At that time, obstacles will arise, so set up boundaries again and again. Recite it constantly. This is the secret mantra for obtaining accomplishments: Om, Bhabhala Hum A A Ajnana Sai Sibyang. Longevity Practice Chapter, Chapter Thirty is complete. The god who subdues harm again requested: For the benefit of all sentient beings, please explain the ritual for cutting off plagues. Ask the Perfectly Awakened Father. The Perfectly Awakened Father said: For the benefit of all sentient beings, the ritual for cutting off plagues, I will explain it truthfully, listen, Lord of the god who subdues harm. I have no doubt about what I say. The ritual for cutting off plagues is: Practice Remati, mix a large amount of ashes, mustard powder, Tsara blood, and charred bones. This is the mantra for blessing the mixture: Om, Sasi Ruru Puru Namari, So, Urava Masu, Putana Bhyo. Recite it twenty-one times, then scatter it in the direction where there is plague, also scatter it in the ten directions, also scatter it in the cemetery, also scatter it in the water. In this way, the plague will cease. Chapter on Cutting off Plagues, Chapter Thirty-one is complete. The god who subdues harm again requested: For the benefit of all people, please explain the ritual for raining. Ask the Perfectly Awakened Buddha. The Perfectly Awakened Buddha said: For the benefit of all people, I will explain the method of raining, listen, Lord of the god who subdues harm. I have no doubt about what I say.
