从六境之中，六眼显现而出，三眼向上观望，亦能开启解脱之门，亦能指示众生生死之路。三眼向下观望，将三有世界化为灰烬，又从中再次生起。右面的面容微笑，大慈大悲，左面的面容微笑，摄集权势。以金刚獠牙紧咬，三有世界的竞争对手瑟瑟发抖。瑜伽士秘密的bhaga（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），三有世界全部显现。大天等无量至尊，魔和夜叉等，阎罗罗刹皆颤抖。于佛母身之右侧，显现十六业力母，以方便差遣使者听命。从左侧显现者，乃瑜伽士身之三分之一，决定性的九母，皆勤奋地供养佛身。于佛母足之右侧，压伏八欲母，利益一切世间。于佛母足之左侧，压伏二十八听命者，成办一切瑜伽士之事业。一切有界的母神，皆圆满于瑜伽士身之范围。从一切母神之明点中，金刚卡杖嘎拉满弓，从智慧之箭尖上，射出九个化身明点母，汇聚于决定性的安乐虚空中。黑汝嘎（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）置于子眷属中。青黑色燃烧之忿怒尊，度脱一切并摄集权势。寂静之身大慈大悲，从智慧化身之六手中，右边第一手转法轮，乃宣说秘密真言之意。左手持宝，掌握政权，使有界世间安住。右边中间手稳固地基，将魔和外道化为灰尘。左手持红色颅器，摄集众多妇女。右边最后手持长寿，赐予一切瑜伽士成就。左手充满九钩，从违背誓言者以及敌人的，超出教令之心髓中，勾摄而出。顶髻化身之光芒，使三千世界回遮。我等具有智慧之力量，以及决定性的意义和证悟之威力，以口诀从心中催促，刹那之间。

From the six realms, six eyes manifest, with three eyes gazing upwards, also opening the gate of liberation, also showing the path of life and death for sentient beings. With three eyes gazing downwards, turning the three realms of existence into ashes, and from that, again bringing forth. The right face smiles, with great compassion, the left face smiles, gathering power. With vajra fangs clenched, the competitors of the three realms tremble. In the yogi's secret bhaga (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), all three realms of existence appear. Great deities and limitless supreme beings, demons and yakshas, Yama and rakshasas all tremble. On the right side of the mother's body, sixteen karma mothers appear, skillfully dispatching messengers to obey orders. Those appearing from the left side are one-third of the yogi's body, the nine definitive mothers, all diligently making offerings to the body. On the right side of the mother's feet, suppressing the eight desire mothers, benefiting all the world. On the left side of the mother's feet, suppressing the twenty-eight attendants, accomplishing all the yogis' activities. All the mothers of existence, all are perfected within the scope of the yogi's body. From the bindus of all the mothers, the vajra khatvanga is drawn into a bow, from the tip of the wisdom arrow, shooting out nine emanation bindu mothers, gathering in the definitive space of bliss. Heruka (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) is placed in the retinue of sons. The wrathful one, burning in dark blue-black, liberates all and gathers power. The peaceful body is of great compassion, from the six hands of the wisdom emanation, the first right hand turns the wheel of dharma, meaning to proclaim the secret mantras. The left hand holds jewels, wielding political power, settling the world of existence. The middle right hand stabilizes the foundation, turning demons and heretics into dust. The left hand holds a red skull cup, gathering many women. The last right hand holds longevity, bestowing siddhis upon all yogis. The left hand is filled with nine hooks, from those who break vows and from enemies, drawing out the heart essence that transcends the command. The radiance of the crown emanation, causes the three thousand worlds to turn back. We possess the power of wisdom, and the definitive meaning and the power of realization, with the oral instructions urging from the heart, in an instant.
