光芒闪耀的王妃啊，莲花饮血忿怒自在母被役使了。她役使了心之喜悦部的黄色使女。她役使了未能运载船只的黄色定母。她役使了军队的王妃黄色跛足母。她们是北方女列母，在黎明时分游行。大母自身在昼夜交替时观看，对四方八隅一切都拥有自在权。总的自在权是大母对常恒的五王妃等被称为母曜者，以及对一切存在都拥有自在权。常恒的五王妃役使了七大母曜。她役使了有情安乐母和日颅鬘母。她调伏了四大忿怒自在母。她调伏了心之喜悦四女。她调伏了隐藏的四母。她调伏了创造存在的平等二母。她调伏了一髻母六姐妹。她调伏了七母。她调伏了欲界天神之主尼旃。她调伏了金刚舞自在母七姐妹。她调伏了军队的王妃四姐妹。如此，即使内部发生冲突，最终也会逐渐平息，如果主要者被纠正，一切都会安乐。这是五十五母曜各自的权能。加上由心而生的十四母曜，被称为六十八众。这是母曜各自权能次第的第十二品。降伏鬼神之神再次祈请道：十四之说是指什么行为？至尊瑜伽士请垂听其根本传承如何？以及勾招和引导的咒语。 赐予教言： 谛听，降伏鬼神之神之主！十四以下的主仆之辈，其传承、勾招、引导和一切咒语，以及隐秘的根本要义，现在就予以确定。 至于须弥山和四大部洲位于何处，各自有其体系。九百零一个太阳和九百零一个月亮，这一千零二个日月切断了须弥山之外存在的一切显现，以至于什么也不存在。须弥山内部，无论长短，都有如意树，被称为“聚集一切之处”。树的顶端在须弥山的宝瓶内，大母有情安乐母啊。

The queen of light, the great wrathful mistress who drinks blood from the lotus, is subjugated. She subjugates the yellow servant woman of the mind's delight. She subjugates the yellow Dingmo who failed to carry the boat. She subjugates the yellow lame-legged queen of the army. These are the northern Nyulema, who travel at dawn. The Great Mother herself watches at the division of day and night, and has dominion over all four directions and eight corners. The general dominion is that the Great Mother has dominion over the five eternal queens and others who are known as mothers, and over all existence. The five eternal queens subjugate the seven great mothers. She subjugates the Blissful Mother of Existence and the One with a Garland of Sun Skulls. She subdues the four great wrathful mistresses. She subdues the four daughters of the mind's delight. She subdues the four hidden mothers. She subdues the two equal mothers who create existence. She subdues the six siblings of Ekajati. She subdues the seven mothers. She subdues Neten, the chief goddess of the desire realm. She subdues the seven siblings of the Vajra Dance Mistress. She subdues the four siblings of the army queen. Thus, even if there is internal conflict, it will eventually subside gradually. If the chief one is corrected, all will be well. These are the respective powers of the fifty-five mothers. Adding the fourteen mothers born from the mind, they are called the assembly of sixty-eight. This is the twelfth chapter on the order of the respective powers of the mothers. The god who subdues demons again asked: What is meant by the statement of fourteen? How is its root lineage? And the mantras for summoning and guiding? I beseech the supreme yogi to listen. The command was given: Listen, chief of the god who subdues demons! The lineage, summoning, guiding, and all the mantras of the lords and servants below fourteen, and the hidden root meanings, I will now establish. As for where Mount Meru and the four continents are located, each has its own system. Nine hundred and one suns and nine hundred and one moons, these one thousand and two suns and moons cut off all phenomena that exist outside of Mount Meru, so that nothing exists. Inside Mount Meru, whether long or short, there is a wish-fulfilling tree, which is also called the "place where all gather." The top of the tree is in the vase of Mount Meru, the Great Mother, the Blissful Mother of Existence.

名为三界母尊者，身色深蓝安住。于中央及手与足，皆有所显现。具足各种珍宝之发髻。隐秘之双目中，右眼流淌血之泪，左眼流淌甘露之泪。隐秘之口中，滴落五种果实之精华。隐秘之双手，右持一切有顶之顶端，左持直至金刚座之心间。隐秘之双足，右足踩踏一切世间大权之心脏，左足压制一切世间大权母之命脉。于秘密虚空莲花之坛城中，令一切显有增减。除了智慧之境自生之外，尽皆收摄于虚空深处。自顶髻以一血发，摄伏一切有顶之母。安住于须弥山顶端宝瓶中央。其侍女有创造有顶之母与平等母，位于树之腰部。大母之侍女有执持毁灭有顶者与有顶之施予者，位于树之根部。须弥山之外，一切显有之众生皆被焚毁而不显现。为了有顶之乐行母能摄伏日月星宿，从五大元素之光中生出白色之女，具足碧玉之发髻。额头之间有一第三只眼。生出一根以铁和铜之黑堡为心贯穿之绳索。以此将日月与千颅串联束缚。放出一对日月，最初有顶得以平衡。之后，母乐行者取出外在的一切显有。之后，白色日月颅鬘者，将外在之秘密收摄，极度隐藏。名为外道大黑天者，居住于须弥山下海洋深处，见到了她。在鼠年，进行了一次意之结合，在牛年，生下了四个姐妹，侍女有顶平等者剪断了脐带。母亲给这四个姐妹起了名字。名为法界自在母，装饰女王，自性母，独一母。从那之后，这四个姐妹就像有顶崩塌一样。

The one named Supreme Mother of the Three Realms dwells with a dark blue body. She reveals everything in the center, hands, and feet. She has a jeweled hair knot of various kinds. From her two hidden eyes, the right one sheds tears of blood, and the left one sheds tears of nectar. From her hidden mouth, the essence of five kinds of fruits drips. From her two hidden hands, the right one holds the top of all existence, and the left one holds up to the heart of the Vajra Throne. With her two hidden feet, the right one tramples the hearts of all the great powers of the world, and the left one presses down on the life force of all the great mothers of the world. From the secret space of the lotus mandala, she causes all appearances and existences to increase and decrease. Except for the self-arising of the wisdom realm, she gathers everything into the depths of space. From the crown of her head, with one strand of blood-red hair, she subdues all the mothers of existence. She dwells in the center of a vase on the summit of Mount Meru. Her servants, the Mother Who Creates Existence and the Equal Mother, reside at the waist of the tree. The Great Mother's servants, the One Who Holds Destruction of Existence and the Giver of Existence, reside at the root of the tree. All the beings of appearance and existence who dwell outside of Mount Meru are burned and disappear. In order for the Blissful Traveler Mother of Existence to subdue the sun, moon, and stars, a white girl is born from the light of the five elements, with turquoise hair. Between her eyebrows, there is a third eye. She grows a noose that pierces through the heart of a black fortress of iron and copper. With this, she binds the sun and moon with a thousand skulls and garlands. When she releases a pair of sun and moon, existence is initially balanced. Then, the Blissful Traveler Mother takes out all the external appearances and existences. Then, the white one with a garland of sun and moon skulls gathers the external secrets and hides them extremely. The one called the Great Black One of the Heretics, who dwells in the depths of the ocean below Mount Meru, sees her. In the year of the Rat, one union of mind was performed, and in the year of the Ox, four sister daughters were born, and the servant, the Equal One of Existence, cut the umbilical cord. The mother gave names to these four daughters. They were named Realm Rich Mother, Queen of Adornment, Self-Nature Mother, and Solitary Mother. From then on, these four sisters were like the collapse of existence.
