Mama great mother, mistress of splendor, with a body color of various changes, three-faced dakini of the sky, also the six hidden mandalas, remembering the great commitment, accomplish the entrusted tasks. Then, even those below fourteen, should be urged according to the custom of one's own lineage. The eighth chapter, on the method of employing and subjugating the Mamos, and the feast offering, is complete. The god who subdues harm again requested: What are all the mudras of the Mamos? How should they be truly understood? The Fully Awakened One declared: I have taught the mudras of the Mamos for the sake of the five syllables. Listen, chief of the god who subdues harm! Alala Ho! Samaya Hūṃ Ha He Stvaṃ! The meditation on the hand gestures is: From the right and left, method and wisdom, from the Vajra dance, showing at the heart of supreme wisdom. The thick, powerful ones, with tips joined, circling the directions with method, is the mudra of the queen of the Mamo assembly. The Vajra claws tightly crossed, binding the Vajra fist mudra, is the Mamo Vajra bone mudra. From the tightly clenched Vajra fist, Hūṃ and Ha, with tips joined, stretching out the three syllables in the shape of wings, held as Nara Hasa, is the Mamo Vajra breath mudra. From the tightly clenched Vajra fist, Oṃ and Sva intertwined in a royal embrace, the three syllables with tips joined, body, speech, and mind, held directly in front of the smile, is the Mamo Vajra blood mudra. After tightly binding the Vajra fist, Haha with tips joined, raised upwards, two Oṃs with tips joined, stretched straight out, Sva raised with tips joined, stretched downwards, the two syllables each tightly crossed, Guhya held at the heart, is the Mamo Vajra fire mudra. From the tightly clenched Vajra fist, two Oṃs with backs crossed in a loop, the three syllables each with tips joined, two Hūṃs shaken violently.

The mudra of method and wisdom is definitely taught by perfect completeness. Having bound the seal of the great bindu, having gathered into Maha Sukha, if it becomes clear without superior, it is certain to eliminate the faults of the three poisons. There is no doubt in what I have said. The Protector of the Three Times spoke thus. This is the tenth chapter on the mudra of reciting on the mind. Wisdom circling the directions is the mudra of the assembly of the subtle ocean. On the extended vajra fingernails, two Has are intertwined in the form of a rosary. Spreading out and raising eight syllables, these two are the mudra of the sun and moon skull rosary. The Om (藏文：ཨོྂ，梵文天城体：ओṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) of method is raised upwards. Om (藏文：ཨོྂ，梵文天城体：ओṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Sva (藏文：སཝ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：sva，汉语字面意思：梭), Am (藏文：ཨྂ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：āṃ，汉语字面意思：阿), and Ha, joined to Om (藏文：ཨོྂ，梵文天城体：ओṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) in a cornered form, raised in the manner of realization.
