Sa. In the practice of Vajra and Padma, everything is self-illuminated in the Mother. If one understands this, the attainment is near. Because one does not understand the self-illuminated Mother, speaking of the Mother is in vain. Practicing the Mother is pitiable. In this, the stages of abiding in the mind are also, starting from the first bliss, gradually train one's own mind in bliss, until one abides in it. Having trained, one's own mind is bliss, and it is certain that the path of bliss is the Mother. There is no conceptual thought of signs in that. Because one is liberated from the three conceptual thoughts, it is called the Mother of Liberation. The formation of the world and so on, in that there are ten minds of abandonment. Those also on the path of fruition, the path of union and so on are the same as before. From the Mother's Path Tantra, the first chapter is the teaching of the path that goes first. Then the sixth is the path of liberation, liberation is the mirror-like wisdom, pure and clear without impurities. Primordially liberated is equality, there are no things to be accepted or rejected. Definitely liberated is individual self-awareness, the confused and real things are, the certainty of individual self-awareness. When the liberation of liberation is pure, the activity is diligent wisdom, the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu is activity. In that diligence is wisdom. Thus, within the five wisdoms, it is said to be the Mother of Liberation. Water is clear from the beginning, it is not clear from sudden impurities. Likewise, one's own mind is also, because it is the nature of primordial liberation, it is said to be the Mother of Liberation. Thus, in the Mother of Liberation, there is no thing to be accepted from the beginning. There is also nothing to be rejected from the beginning. The nature of non-acceptance and non-rejection, is the unmade, spontaneously accomplished nature. The emptiness free from diligent searching, is the supreme queen of all Mothers. From this appear bodies and so on, only in appearance there is no appearance. Appearing from non-existence, the appearance is wonderful. From non-birth there is no birth. On such a Mother's path of liberation, the wise one first from the Lama, seeks the instructions and determines them. Then generate faith in the mind. The mind of faith is conceptual thought, when this ceases, this is attained. This is free from thought and spontaneously accomplished. The spontaneously accomplished body of the Mother, attaining this there is no fruit to be done. Realizing this there is no activity of realization. These are the self-abiding places of the Mother. In that, with firm faith and diligence. From the Mother's Path Tantra, the second chapter is the teaching of the path of liberation. Then the Mother's

The explanation of the ground. Because it cannot be destroyed by the karma of conceptualization, It is called the Mother Ground. That is the characteristic of the ground, All the qualities of the transcendent world, Are they the outer layer of dependent non-arising? Or by the higher and higher, Because of relying on characteristics, Arising from the characteristics of the ground, Because of stability, it is said to be the function of the ground. Hardness is the characteristic of the ground, Thus, if a person knows, He is skilled in the Mother Ground. If one does not become skilled in the ground, One will not become stable and hard, Thus, without abiding in the ground, Practicing the Mother is pitiful. Briefly, there are three kinds of ground, The worldly Vidyadhara ground and, The Mother's non-cultivation perfect ground, The transcendent Vidyadhara ground. Thus, there are three kinds of ground, Seventeen are considered the nature of the ground. There are two kinds of worldly Vidyadhara ground, The accumulation Vidyadhara ground and, the union Vidyadhara ground. Two parts of one's own mind, The mind is various habitual tendencies, The habitual tendencies are the parts of the mind, Non-material is considered mind. The two parts of wisdom are the two grounds. The transcendent Vidyadhara ground, It is certain that it is the nature of the ten, Utterly joyous and stainless, Illuminating and radiating, Difficult to tame, the sixth is far away. The seventh is immovable, excellent intelligence, Thus, between the ninth and tenth, It is said to be the ten Vidyadhara grounds. There are five non-cultivation perfect grounds, The unchanging Dharmata Dharmadhatu ground, The first is the nature of the ground, The mirror-like wisdom pure ground. There are two non-cultivation perfect grounds, The ground of equality free from acceptance and rejection. The third is confusion and reality, Individual realization is the fourth ground. Activity, diligence, hardness, and stability, The fifth is the nature of the ground. Thus, five, ten, and two, Those natures of the ground, Are not other-existent, From the pure part of one's own mind, The order of the grounds arises and transforms, Without the pure part of one's own mind, Desiring any nature of the ground, That is nonsense. The distinction between ground and mind, Never exists either. Because of knowing and understanding, it is mind, Because of hardness and stability, it is ground, Because of walking and going, it is path. Merely on those parts, The names of ground and path are established, In ultimate truth, nothing exists. If it exists, the higher will not arise, The lower itself is also the same. Those are the order of the grounds
