Having heard this request, the True Perfection gave the command: Listen, O eternal and true one, the method for fulfilling the broken vows of body and accumulating merit is to make tsatsas and build stupas; the method for fulfilling the broken vows of speech and accumulating merit is to recite the meaning phrases of the aspirations, habits, accomplishments, and activities of Samantabhadra; the method for fulfilling the broken vows of mind and accumulating merit is to recite nearby and repair bridges; the method for fulfilling the broken vows of qualities and accumulating merit is to perform the confession of Samantabhadra's view and conduct to the best of one's ability; the method for fulfilling the broken vows of activities and accumulating merit is to perform a great gathering offering. If that is not accomplished, then offer to the Sugatas and give vast gifts of speech. So it is said. Application instructions, from the great Sky Tantra, chapter fourteen, on accumulating transgressions. The deity who subdues harm again requested, what is the activity to be practiced? Please listen, O True Perfection, please True Perfection, grant your command. Having heard this request, the True Perfection gave the command: Listen, O eternal and true one, there are five activities to be practiced: creating the mandala of Mount Meru, taking the ground of the mandala, making preparations, erecting the Sarvarupa, performing the activity, and the order of empowerment. First, creating the mandala of Mount Meru has six parts. First, purifying the ground, sprinkle it with scented water, and say this: Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽).
