From the expanse where Dakinis gather, to the fourteen wisdom mothers, fulfill the commitment with the essence of medicinal fragrance. From the expanse where mothers gather, to the fifty-eight mothers, fulfill the commitment with various medicines, and pray to avert all epidemics. Thus it is said. From the Sky Tantra of Dispelling Obstacles, the chapter on fulfilling commitments with medicine is the sixty-first. The deity who dispels harm again asked: If a yogi breaks their vows, how should they be fulfilled? The Perfectly Awakened One replied: This is the fulfillment of broken vows. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). The yoga of Mount Meru vase, do not abandon the five aspects, purify the broken vows.
