Shu pa'o. Then, in order to become the master of the কর্ম mandala of the blood-drinking king, to become the master of fierce activities and receive siddhis, and for the sake of sentient beings who are ignorant through the four immeasurables, he entered into samadhi of fierce and wrathful activities. He spoke these words: "Vidyadharas of Vajrakumara, accomplish the vajra of existence! Deity of the vajra phurba of existence, accomplish the wrathful one of wisdom! The wisdom body of all Buddhas, from the vajra dharmadhatu of self-nature, blazing wrathful one, unbearable, generate yourself into the essence of the body! Wisdom king, body, speech, and mind, qualities and activities, wondrous, may I become that very one, generate yourself into the great mudra! In order to tame beings as they need to be tamed, for the benefit of beings through skillful means, whatever is tamed by love and compassion, accomplish the activities of the Buddhas, grant empowerment and blessings here! In the uncreated bindu, in the dharmadhatu, all that is gathered in existence, tri-ni-yang, with the wisdom phurba of the mind, cut the flesh in the realm, and in order to accomplish the phurba of existence, and to raise empowerment and siddhis, from the uncreated bindu, in the dharmadhatu, an unchanging body abides, wisdom wrathful one, please come! In this fierce কর্ম mandala, in order to subdue the afflictions and poisons, wisdom wrathful one, having come, approach and near approach, accomplishment and great accomplishment, in this wheel of activities of fro 'du, show signs and marks, and in order to subdue the aggregates of afflictions, and to cast consciousness into হুং (藏文:ཧུ༷།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), grant the siddhis of kila! In this fierce কর্ম mandala, in order to subdue the two harms (suffering, poison), may the many messengers above, filling the ten directions and the realm of space, from whatever place is aimed at, be summoned. In the past, before the great and glorious one, may it be the activity of all yogis. As the vows and promises were made, the time of the great samaya has come, the time of the great emanation has come, the time of the great hand image has come, the time to unleash power and strength has come, generating the mind in supreme enlightenment, accomplishing the meaning of non-duality, is the lineage of the conquerors of the three realms.

Of. For the vidyadhara yogis, the harmful, malicious enemies and obstacles, demons and obstructors, by the blessing of the wrathful messengers, the iron pegs shake like stars, the emanated hand gestures change like lightning, the mothers and dakinis swoop down like vultures, many wrathful ones descend like hail, the roar of awe thunders like a thousand dragons, by the blessing of the burning wrathful assembly, instantly hook them here, properly kill them, and after crushing their bodies and speech into dust, may their consciousness arise fiercely in (Tibetan: ཧ༷, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), and may they experience suffering. Many messengers emanate, hook them from their places and suppress them with power. Om La Hum La, Sta Pana, Moha Gawa Ya Waga Wana Shiki Trig Tri. The hooking of the heart mantra, suppress it with power under Mount Sumeru. Those with names and titles, offer them to the mouths of the blood-drinking fathers and mothers, from the union of non-duality, listen to the commands that are ordered. Consciousness and senses are absorbed into the form, along with the four mudras of iron hook, rope, iron chain, and bell, recite the essence of absorption, and visualize the senses manifesting and scattering. Bhektin Anaya Hum Phat, Tataya Tataya Hum Phat, Hasaraya Hatana Hum Phat, (Tibetan: ཛ་ཛ, Sanskrit Devanagari: जा जा, Sanskrit Romanized: ja ja, Chinese literal meaning: Tsa Tsa) Labaya Tsalabaya Hum Phat, Abeshaya Abeshaya Hum Phat, Dinda Dinda Hum Phat. By reciting thus, the assembly of blood-drinking wrathful ones, absorbs the afflicted mind into the form, after my senses manifest and see, in order to liberate the consciousness from suffering. From the great tantra of Vajrakila liberating from suffering, the chapter of descending and absorbing consciousness into form, is the second chapter. Then, in order to pierce and kill with the fierce mantra of Vajrakila and the wrathful assembly, after placing hatred in the heart, the afflicted anger surges from the depths, with extremely malicious roars and the violent words of fierce actions filled with sound, say this: Hum, in this fierce burning mandala, from the nature of violent and turbulent, along with the messengers and hand gesture assembly, those who absorb consciousness into form, those who increase the fruits of affliction, because they are not objects to be tamed by skillful means, therefore, they must be killed by manifesting the target.
