以“བས་”字为首的四句偈颂。右边白色，左边红色，中间蓝色，是五部佛的圆满。右边和左边第一个是金刚火焰，中间是五股金刚杵和卡杖嘎，最后是须弥山和金刚橛缠绕。身、语、意具足，忿怒尊身形矮小而威严，心中安住着燃烧的命根。怖畏金刚身上穿着八种尸陀林服饰，威猛的声音如龙般发出“ཀི་ལི་”的巨响。金刚舞的明妃缠绕在身上，仪轨身像具有与生俱来的大乐。观想身体的十个部位聚集着忿怒尊及其眷属。第八识及其所缘境，以及“ཀི་རི་སིང་ངའི་”的众会也同样。观想诸根、佛子、支分、门母等，以及所作所为等，分别位于前、后、左右两边以及心中。心中有八个，四个方向各有五个。如果这样观想清楚，就能得到空行秘密的加持。为了引发结合的象征，从菩提心水中，出现五个字，安放在中央和四个轮脉上。念诵生起本尊的根本咒语，观想遍入尊的身形在中央。上半身是人，下半身是蛇。自己的头是摩羯鱼，还具有八个化现头。没有头和身体，到处都是眼睛。手持各种凶猛的法器，观想自己进入铁网之中。东方是虎魔，双手是紫黑色身。有两个头，上面的头是老虎头。身穿虎皮裙，头戴骷髅鬘。观想自己能支配乾闼婆众，发出龙吟之声。南方是僵尸魔，双手是黄色和黑色身。有两个头，上面的头是熊头。身穿皮袄，腰间系着熊皮。观想自己被闪电和冰雹所包围。西方是贡布魔，双手是红色和黑色身。有两个头，上面的头是牛头。身上穿着皮袄，腰间系着牛皮。观想自己被龙所围绕，暴风雪四处飞散。北方是卓魔，双手是绿色和黑色身。有两个头，上面的头是摩羯鱼头。身穿皮袄，腰间系着摩羯鱼皮。观想自己被最好的事物所围绕，散发出疾病的蒸汽。所有的大护法母聚集在一起，极其恐怖。头戴尸陀林装饰和天铁制成的剑头。观想心中具有各自的自生咒语。以及各自的护法母眷属所围绕。如是，具足眷属的瑜伽士请谛听教言。

The four lines beginning with the syllable "བས་". White on the right, red on the left, blue in the center, is the perfection of the five Buddha families. The first on the right and left are vajra flames, the middle is a five-pronged vajra and khatvanga, and the last is Mount Meru and a coiled kīla. Endowed with body, speech, and mind, the wrathful one is small in stature and majestic, with the burning life force residing in his heart. The terrifying one wears eight charnel ground garments on his body, and his fierce voice roars like a dragon with the sound of "kīlī". The consort of vajra dance is entwined around his body, and the form of the ritual image possesses innate great bliss. Visualize the ten places of the body as clusters of wrathful deities and their retinues. The eighth consciousness and its objects, as well as the assembly of "kīrī siṃgai", are also the same. Visualize the faculties, Buddha-sons, limbs, gatekeepers, etc., and actions, etc., in front, behind, on the left and right sides, and in the heart. There are eight in the heart, and five in each of the four directions. If you visualize clearly in this way, you will receive the blessings of the secret sky-goers. To evoke the symbol of union, five syllables emerge from the water of bodhicitta and are placed in the center and on the four chakras. By reciting the root mantra of the generation of the deity, visualize the form of the all-pervading one in the center. The upper body is human, and the lower body is a snake. His own head is a makara, and he also has eight emanated heads. Without a head and body, he is filled with eyes. He holds various fierce weapons and visualizes himself entering the iron net. In the east is the tiger demon, with dark purple arms and body. He has two heads, the upper head being a tiger's head. He wears a tiger skin skirt and is adorned with a garland of skulls. Visualize yourself dominating the gandharva hosts and emitting the sound of a dragon's roar. In the south is the zombie demon, with yellow and black arms and body. He has two heads, the upper head being a bear's head. He wears a fur coat and a bear skin loincloth. Visualize yourself surrounded by lightning and hailstones. In the west is the kongpo demon, with red and black arms and body. He has two heads, the upper head being a bull's head. He wears a fur coat and a bull skin loincloth. Visualize yourself surrounded by nagas, with blizzards scattering everywhere. In the north is the drok demon, with green and black arms and body. He has two heads, the upper head being a makara head. He wears a fur coat and is adorned with a makara skin loincloth. Visualize yourself surrounded by the best things, scattering the steam of disease. All the great mothers gather together, extremely terrifying. They wear charnel ground ornaments and iron meteorite sword-heads. Visualize that their hearts possess their own self-arisen mantras. And surrounded by their respective retinue of protector mothers. Thus, yogis with retinues, please listen to the teachings.
