May the four assemblies who practice the sacred Dharma increase. Thus it was said. The activity shown therein is: The mandala is square and of proper measure. Apply incense and precious substances. In the center of that are a triangle, a half-moon, and a circle. The wheel has eight spokes and a rim. In the center, arrange Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) and meat. On the spokes, draw the faces of Yakshas and Rakshasas. Horse heart and red offerings, and human blood, whatever is available, place it. After this prayer, the Bhagavan Vajra Secret entered the Samadhi of the fierce and immovable Vajra, and these fierce iron hook Naga hailstones descended, emanating from the Body, Speech, and Mind Vajra. Residing in the Naga's abode, in the eight-petaled lotus mandala, the center is marked with Bhaga (藏文，梵文天城体，bhaga，auspicious) and E (藏文，梵文天城体，e，seed syllable), adorned with a cluster of Vajra snakes, with Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，hūṃ，seed syllable) and Nāga (藏文，梵文天城体，nāga，dragon) written in the center, the eight petals containing the essence of the eight Nagas, offerings of the three white substances, the three sweet substances, Naga medicine, and Torma, etc., beautifully arranged.
