Om! From the Great Tantra of the Garland of Vajra Flames, the Twenty-fifth Chapter, the Chapter on All Powerful Activities. Then, Karma Heruka requested the Bhagavan, the Great Lord of Secrets, saying: "Alas! O embodiment of complete power, O lord of completely accomplished actions, the methods for subduing the wicked have been completely taught. Is it not appropriate to suppress and entrust after the final action has been cut off? How is its order? Please explain, O King of Perfect Enlightenment." After this request, the Bhagavan, the King of Blood Drinkers, Vajrakilaya, spoke as follows: "O hero of action, listen! For the yogi to bring about the end of actions, for the sake of cherishing the final actions, without this, the fruit is merely barren, or there may be times without fruit. This also has three types of inner and outer secret action sequences. The first sequence is the place for suppressing and entrusting: nagas, stupas, temples, the places of earth lords, gods, demons, and mamaki, and the eight places under the gates of born city models. The first general sequence is: after planting or burning, collect the ashes with the tip of a weapon, a tree trunk, fire-touched bark, and a shape mixed with the blood of a goat and a dog. Make the colors according to each action. Write the name on the forehead and the bones on the heart. Write with the blood of evil lineages. Summoning, separating, and wickedness, etc., subduing and cursing, etc., spread the fire-touched bark widely, and accomplish the practice for a certain number of days. Place what is focused on at the feet, satisfy it with the desire of the focused object, hold the object in the left hand, and cover it with a rakta offering in the right hand. The mamos curse in the action. The first entrustment to the nagas is: after collecting the ashes of the focused object, make a shape with donkey nectar, smear it black with charcoal from the charnel ground, write the name and bones on the moving object, place it in the desired place, smear and fumigate it with three substances, please it with the essence of evil lineages, and seal it with fire-touched bark. Wherever there is a naga, go and call the Vasu lineage. Whether residing in this water eye or residing in this place, all six lineages of Vasu, the yogi mantra holder, I, satisfy them by giving offerings, destroy the Buddha's teachings with this, break the vows and be evil.
