The time to bestow empowerments to disciples, The four least ones or the waning moon, The time to perform wrathful activities. Furthermore, the sequence of accomplishment is, Summer months are for pacifying, Autumn months accomplish increasing. Winter months are for subjugation, Spring months accomplish wrathful activities. This is the outer sequence, Numbers, signs, and symbols, the three. The time to accomplish any activity. Furthermore, the timing of accomplishment is, Pig, snake, autumn, on the ground, Horse and rat are middling, Ox and sheep are the least. Tiger, monkey, summer, winter, on the ground, Rooster and rabbit are middling. Dog, pig, on plains and in water, it is accomplished. That is the obstacle of the inauspicious month. Especially the two obstacles of the sun are, Summer solstice and winter solstice. This is the special killing, For the four best, the fourteenth is auspicious, For the four middling, the fifteenth, For the four least, the sixteenth. Furthermore, the time of striking is, In the three spring months, striking is, The twenty-second, sixteenth, and, The fourteenth are the days for striking. In the three months of summer, there is a time for reversal. The eleventh, sixth, and twenty-fifth, do not strike, it will destroy oneself. In the three months of autumn, there is a time for reversal. The twenty-fifth, third, and second, Tingtingma wanders with her retinue. Do not place it at that time, it is a time for reversal. In the three months of winter, there is a time for reversal. The twenty-seventh and twentieth, and the eighteenth, etc., are times for reversal. The great and powerful six-faced one roams. If fierce actions are done at this time, the yogi will have a short life, and quarrels will occur. The retinue will also decline, utensils will decrease, livestock and property will be exhausted, and one will become poor. Epilepsy, leprosy, deafness, stuttering, muteness, etc., as well as lameness, disability, incomplete limbs, etc., will occur, and various diseases and sores will also appear. Strokes, fainting, and rage, etc., as well as gastrointestinal diseases, leprosy, etc., will occur. Therefore, the noble yogi should carefully observe and treat everything with diligence. Corresponding the dates to the months is auspicious for the activity of killing. The seventh day of the first month of spring, the middle is the seventeenth, the lowest is the twenty-seventh, which is auspicious. The eighth day of the first month of summer is auspicious, the middle is the eighteenth, which is auspicious, the lowest is the twenty-eighth, which is auspicious. The ninth day of the first month of autumn, the middle is the nineteenth, which is auspicious, the lowest is the twenty-ninth, which is auspicious. The tenth day of the first month of winter, the middle is the twentieth, which is auspicious, the lowest is the sky is empty. The noble yogi should carefully observe and cautiously carry out these activities. Furthermore, the times of the planets are, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn, these three, in the flourishing period, the time arrives. The combination of the two, planets and constellations, is, to speak slightly again, the sun, etc., meet Mercury. Mars meets Spica and Lambda Scorpii. Mercury meets Antares, Pleiades, and Regulus. Jupiter is suitable for Upsilon Sagittarii and Alpha Virginis. Venus meets Antares, Theta Librae, and Beta Arietis, the same as the previous four. Saturn is combined with Beta Pegasi. These are the planets, the external time, which are beneficial.
