The time has come to apply it to the work. Hold the sandalwood wheel in your hand. And bestow the empowerment of the mantra upon it. Visualize raising the red spear of bliss. And fan it with a large cloth. Recite the heart mantra of cursing the Matrika. Recite it many times and pour it into the blood. Go to the cemetery or cremation ground. Summon all the gods and demons. Offer golden libation and entrust them with the work. No fault, no error, impartiality and witness. With impartiality and witness, the Three Jewels. The yogi, I, am without fault. With this, engage in evil deeds. With this, demean the dignity of the Three Jewels. With this, destroy the Buddha's teachings. For such evil deeds that exist. Throw a blood offering. Send down a Matrika offering upon this. With this, with various evil weapons. Vomit blood, the heart and blood vessels are now severed. The eight classes of demons, servants turn against. The assembly of Dakinis, servants turn against. The oath-bound, the craftsman, servants turn against. The Buddha's teachings are on the verge of destruction. The assembly of sentient mothers gathers upon the oath. Having said this, perform a grand fire offering. Recite the mantra of killing many times. Then urge them to work. Make a blood offering torma. If thrown in the village, human diseases will occur. Various livestock diseases will occur. If thrown in the tomb, internal strife will occur. Ultimately, the lineage will be cut off. Having done the work of the blood offering. There is nothing that cannot be accomplished with this. It will be destroyed in an instant. This is called the blood offering. In order, the mustard seed offering is also spoken of. The mandala is an eight-spoked wheel. Carefully observe the deity wheel. With this, bless the white mustard seeds. It is the same with black mustard seeds. With the power of skillful means and wisdom. Begin the blessing. A single-stemmed tree, in a mortar.

Then there is the root reversal offering, separating its order, drawing the fierce Vajra mandala, then summoning the ten directions mandala, offering outer and inner secret offerings, offering praise and supplication, with the root branch vows, also explaining the breakage of the order, also enumerating the seven consequences of the breakage, then enumerating one's own merits, and also shaping the power of innocence, then with the ten directions mandala, entrust the care to me. Please the master with offerings, visualize merging into oneself, then apply it to the action. Observe the wrathful mandala back to back, the mantra that dwells in the heart, visualize who the master is, that is the mantra, and use that for the action of killing. First perform supplication and prayer, second is subjugation, third is practice the action of killing, decorate the mouth and heart, burn it with Vajra fire, let it experience suffering, from head to sole, propel with wind.
