How should one offer the signs and seasonal tormas? How should one construct the mandala of tormas? Please bestow instructions with the power to destroy the world! Thus they requested. The instructions were bestowed: In a pleasant and auspicious dwelling, draw the mandala according to the scriptures. Place a very charming woman who has the characteristics of the Padma family. Also, prepare red citta, field willow branches, and as substances, place the remains of corpses from the charnel ground. Specifically take human semen. Accumulate red citta to a certain quantity. Offer a large amount of oil lamps, and continuously offer a large amount of incense. Fill the tsok with whatever food is available. The yogi should wear a large animal skin coat and count a large mala. Wear a hat that symbolizes the entirety of existence, and hold a yak-tail fan with a burning trident at the top. Also, take the kapala for obtaining siddhis as an auspicious substance. Then, first perform the approach of the deity. Through union inseparable from the consort, offer the offerings of a kanika. Bless oneself as Vajra Heruka, and bless the consort as the Queen of Existence. Meditate on them as inseparable. Then, offer the essence mantra. Nyingzhi Mukale Krodheshvari Maha. Padma Bhaga Deklong Dudus. Heart: Dza Da Sha Yuti Hum Bhyo. After twenty-one days, one will hear the sound "Ha," indicating that the expulsion has been completed, and then it will come to you. Then, first having performed the union, the kanika makes offerings. Then, in the display of the consort, whether three or five yoginis, each one should separately recite the heart mantra of the deity for whom they are specifically performing the activity. Then, the great consort will come to the union of the offering, because this is giving the siddhi, so it is very excellent. Previously, by offering the offering of union together with the consort, the consort will not compete. If you do not display it later, the siddhis will not be given. The secret dharani is: One with a garland of a thousand suns and moons. The praise that arises during union is: Hum Che, Monmo, secret consort. The one consort of bindu union. White, with a garland of a thousand suns and moons. The one eye of a burning triangle. Liberates existence with turquoise hair. Holds a lotus with eyes of desire.
