Three heads and six arms, the eyes have a wrathful appearance, the peaceful body manifests existence, the emanation body manifests eight feet, six feet cut off the gates of the six realms, one foot manifests in the realm of the Nāgas, one foot destroys demons and heretics, from the six realms known by yogis, the six eyes clearly manifest, the three eyes look upwards, also opening the gate of liberation, also showing the path of birth and death of sentient beings, the three eyes manifest downwards, also turning the three realms of existence into ashes, the smile on the right shows compassion, the smile on the left gathers the three realms, the smile in the middle is extremely fierce, clenching the vajra fangs, the competitors of existence are crushed to pieces, in the secret vulva of the female deity, all three of existence manifest, gods and demons and yakshas and, Yama and Rakshasa all tremble, from the right side of the female deity's body, thirteen working female deities manifest, messengers and servants are all scattered, manifesting from the left side, from one-third of the female deity's body, hiding the definite nine female deities, striving for specialness in everything, from the right side of the mother's foot, twenty-eight order-followers manifest, accomplishing the deeds of all yogis.

In the left hand, empowering the precious, Aiming at the vital point of the world of existence. The middle of the right hand strikes the Yang-zhi, Subjugating demons and rakshasas under control. In the left hand, filling a red bhandha, Subjugating women and mothers under control. The last of the right hand holds life, Giving siddhis to all yogis. The last of the left hand holds nine iron hooks, Those who have broken their vows, And draw out the heart from those who have transgressed the command. With the radiance of the emanation from the crown of the head, Reversing the three thousand worlds. Holding the power of self-wisdom, The power of definitive empowerment and realization, Urging the lineage of the heart of the oral instructions, Instantly arising from the expanse. The three realms of existence and the four continents, In one moment, they are destroyed. Especially the eyes of wisdom, sun and moon, The right eye illuminates the three realms of existence, The left eye performs the union. With the raised vajra eyebrows, Even the hearts of heretics and yakshas are subdued. Mother, Your nature is also known as Bodhicitta Mother. The true secret nature is the wrathful queen of the Buddhas, Known as the chief of all bliss realms. In the secret mandala of yoga, In the radiance of secret means, With this, fulfill the heart commitment of the Mother, May the body remain unmoving here. May all the attendant ministers of the retinue be moved. May the entrusted tasks be accomplished. Great Lord of the Torma, enjoy the Torma. Great Lord of the ransom, accept the ransom.
