ས་འདིས་གདབ་བོ། །ཨོཾ་གྷུ་གྷུ་ལྷང་ལྷང་སྲིན་བུ་མ་རུ་བ་ཏི་མ་ཙ། བྲ་བོ་བྲ་བོ་ཤིག་ཙིཏྟ་ཀུ་ལ་ནན་ལོག་ལོག་ཀས་ཀས་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། དེས་ནི་མྱུར་དུ་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གང་ན་བའི་ཐད་དཀར་གདབ་བོ། །དེ་ཡང་ཁྱིའི་རྩིབ་མས་དང་པོ་མཛེར་པ་གང་བྱུང་བ་ལ་བྱུག་ཅིང་སྔགས་འདིས་གདབ་པར་བྱའོ། །ཨོཾ་བྷ་ག་ལ་བྷ་ག་ལ་ཙི་འདར་ནན་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཟླ་བ་མར་ངོ་ལ་བཏབ་ན། ཕྱི་མའི་ཡར་ངོ་ལ་སངས་ཙེར་འགྲོ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སྲིའུ་གསོ་ན་རུས་བུ་གོག་མོ་རྫ་གསར་པར་བཅུག་ལ། འབྲུ་ངན་དང་སྦང་མ་དེ་རུ་བླུགས། དེ་ནས་ཐལ་བས་ཁ་བཅད་དོ། །ཕུར་བུ་གཅིག་དཔྲལ་བའི་དབྱེས་སུ་གདབ། གཅིག་སྙིང་ལ་གདབ། གཅིག་གསང་སྒོར་གདབ། ཁ་རུ་སྦང་མ་དང་སོལ་བ་ཐལ་བ་བླུགས། དེ་ནས་སྔགས་འདིས་བརྡེག་གོ། །ཏྲི་ཁ་ཤ་མར་ཡང་། བུར་ཛ་ནི་སྲ་སྲ་གང་ཤི་བེར། ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀྲོ་ཏེ་ཀ་ཡ་མཱནྟ་ཀ་ཧ་ན་མ་ཐ་བྷཉྫ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། ཅེས་ཐེམ་པའི་འོག་གམ། མལ་འཕངས་སུ་མནན། རབ་ཏུ་ཐབ་ ཀྱི་དབུས་སུ་གཏིང་བསྲིང་ལ་མནན་ནོ། །ལྷོག་པ་དང་གག་པ་ལ་གོང་དུ་བསྲུང་བ་དང་འཕྲལ་དུ་གདབ་པ་གཉིས་ཏེ། གོང་དུ་བསྲུང་ན། སྐུད་པ་སྣ་ལྔ་བསྒྲིལ་ལ། སྔགས་འདིས་གདབ། མདུད་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་གདབ། དེ་ནས་དཔུང་པ་ལ་བཅིངས། འཕྲལ་དུ་འདེབས་ན་གང་བྱུང་སར་གདབ་བོ། །ཨོཾ་གྲང་ཏི་ཏྲིག་ཏིག་གྲ་དང་། གྲ་ཤིག་ཏ་ར་ཡ་ཏ་ཙ་ལེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཀ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། དེ་ནས་འདིས་ཀྱང་གདབ་པ། ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་མཉྫུ་ཡ་མ་རཱ་ཙ་མ་མ་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛཱ་ཊི་ནི་ཛ་ཛ། ཞེས་ཀྱང་གདབ། བྱ་ཁྱུང་གི་སྙིང་པོས་ཀྱང་གདབ་བོ། །དེ་ངོས་འཛིན་ན། བྱོལ་སོང་ལ་ནང་ཁྲོལ་སྨད་ལྔ་ལ་ན་འོང་། དེ་གང་བྱུང་སར་བ་སྤུ་ལྡོག །མཁལ་མ་ལ་བྱུང་ན་རྐུབ་འཕྲིག་རྐང་པ་འཚབ། མཆེར་པ་ལ་བྱུང་ན་གུང་རུ་ཞག་བཞི་ཡང་གསུམ་གྱི་སྟེང་གཡོན་དུ་འོང་། གློ་བ་ལ་བྱུང་ན་གཞུ་མཆོག་གི་སྣ་རུ་སྤུ་ལྡོག །མཆིན་པ་ལ་བྱུང་ན་ནི་གུང་རུ་ཐ་མ་ལའོ། །གློ་བ་ལ་བྱུང་ན་སྣ་སྒོ་གཡས་གཡོན་གྱི་སྟེང་དུའོ། །སྙིང་ལ་བྱུང་ན་མིག་རྩ་རྒོད། བྲང་གི་ཟེ་མ་གཡས་གཡོན་དང་བཞག་ཤ་འདར་སྤུ་ལྡོག་པས་སྔགས་དྲག་ཏུ་གདབ། མི་ལ་ངོས་མ་ཟིན་ན། དྲི་མ་གང་དུ་ལོག་བརྟག །གང་དུ་བཟློག་པར་གདབ། ལྷོག་པ་དཀར་པོ་རྐང་ལག་དང་། རྩེའུ་ཆུང་གཡས་གཡོན་ལ་འོང་། དང་པོ་ལུས་གྲང་ཤུམ་ཁྱེར་ནས་འོང་། སྙིང་མི་དགའ་བར་འོང་། དེ་གང་དུ་བྱུང་ཡང་སྣ་ལ་སྤྱི་གཙུག་སྙིང་ག །ལྟེ་བ་རྐང་མཐིལ་ལག་མཐིལ་རྩེའུ་ཆུང་གཡས་གཡོན་དེ་རྣམས་ལ་གདབ། དེ་ནས་གང་བྱུང་སར་མཐའ་མ་བསྐོར།

以此安镇。嗡 咕咕 朗朗 森布 玛汝巴德 玛匝。札沃 札沃 希 泽达 咕拉 南 洛洛 嘎嘎 梭哈。由此能迅速平息。于患处安镇白芥子。又以犬之肋骨涂抹最初所生之疖肿，并以此咒安镇：嗡 巴嘎拉 巴嘎拉 泽达 南 梭哈。若于下弦月时安镇，则于后之上弦月时，疖肿将痊愈。若欲息灭鬼祟，则将老旧之骨头放入新陶器中，并将劣质谷物与酒糟倒入其中，然后以灰烬封口。一橛安镇于额头之发际，一橛安镇于心，一橛安镇于密处。口中倒入酒糟与木炭灰烬，然后以此咒击打。德日 卡 夏玛尔 扬。布尔匝 呢 萨萨 冈 希 贝。嗡 阿卓德 嘎 亚 曼达嘎 哈纳 玛塔 班匝 吽 啪特。如是压于门槛下，或卧具旁，或于灶中央深埋镇压。对于肿胀与咳嗽，有事先防护与立即安镇两种方法。若事先防护，则搓捻五色丝线，以此咒安镇，打二十一个结，然后系于臂膀上。若立即安镇，则于患处安镇。嗡 扎地 德热 德热 札 当。札 希 达拉 亚达 匝 勒 吽 嘎 吽 啪特。然后以此亦可安镇：嗡 舍利 曼殊 亚玛 惹匝 玛玛 诶嘎 匝德 呢 匝匝。如是亦可安镇。亦可以鹏鸟之心髓安镇。若欲辨识，则于旁生之内脏下五处生病。于任何生病之处，毛发逆长。若生于肾脏，则臀部抽搐，腿脚发抖。若生于脾脏，则于中指之上，四日或三日，于左侧出现。若生于肺部，则于弓箭之尖端，毛发逆长。若生于肝脏，则于末指之上。若生于肺部，则于鼻孔左右之上。若生于心脏，则眼脉怒张，胸前之乳头左右与肌肉颤抖，毛发逆长，故以猛咒安镇。若未能辨识人，则观察污垢于何处逆反，于逆反之处安镇。白色肿胀生于手脚与小指左右。最初身体寒冷，带着哭腔而来，心中不悦。无论生于何处，皆于鼻、顶髻、心、脐、脚底、手心、小指左右处安镇。然后于任何生病之处，环绕四周。

Pour dregs, charcoal, and ashes into the mouth. Then strike with this mantra. Tri kha sha mar yang. Bur dza ni sra sra gang shi ber. Om a kro te ka ya man ta ka ha na ma tha bhan dza hum phat. Thus, press it under the threshold or beside the bedding, or bury it deeply in the center of the hearth. For swelling and coughing, there are two methods: prevention and immediate securing. For prevention, twist five-colored threads and secure them with this mantra, tying twenty-one knots, and then tie it on the arm. For immediate securing, secure it wherever it occurs. Om grang ti trig trig gra dang. Gra shig ta ra ya ta tsa le hum ka hum phat. Then, you can also secure it with this: Om shri manydzu ya ma ra tsa ma ma e ka dza ti ni dza dza. Thus, you can also secure it. You can also secure it with the heart essence of a Garuda. If you want to identify it, the five lower internal organs of animals will become diseased. Wherever the disease occurs, the hair will grow in reverse. If it occurs in the kidneys, the buttocks will twitch and the legs will tremble. If it occurs in the spleen, it will appear on the middle finger, four or three days above the left side. If it occurs in the lungs, the hair will grow in reverse at the tip of the bow. If it occurs in the liver, it will be on the last finger. If it occurs in the lungs, it will be above the left and right nostrils. If it occurs in the heart, the eye veins will be distended, the nipples on the chest will tremble on the left and right, and the hair will grow in reverse, so secure it with a powerful mantra. If you cannot identify it in a person, observe where the dirt is reversed, and secure it where it is reversed. White swelling occurs on the hands and feet and on the left and right little fingers. At first, the body is cold and comes with whimpering, and the heart is unhappy. Wherever it occurs, secure it on the nose, crown of the head, heart, navel, soles of the feet, palms of the hands, and left and right little fingers. Then, encircle the edge wherever the disease occurs.
