Or, if pressed under the threshold of a stupa temple, it will cause muteness, blindness, and half of the body to wither and die. Or, one should practice the wheel. Relying on one's own body, possessing meditation and mantra, if targeting the one to be killed, one can kill within seven days. Mix the juice of the luda flower with cemetery ink. In the center, draw a curved knife and skull. The yogi faces west, possessing meditation and mantra, visualizing blackness and snakes. After making offerings to it, recite the meditation mantra. Om Mahakalaya Ararnaga Gurunishig Niriniri Matanishig Mashtidhari Nagaraja Devabarishaya Hum Hum Phat Svaha. Practice this in three periods. The ritual of this wheel, at a spring, tree, or mountaintop, wherever the nagas reside. Performing this ritual there, the naga king, possessing jewels, will cause a stream of rain to fall simultaneously with this ritual. If even that does not cause rain to fall, fumigate this wheel with black incense and guggulu incense, and rain will fall abundantly. The reversal of the wheel.

Om Mahakala Ya, Shara Dza Ram Peta Ra, Bhidara Chinda Chinda Chinda Hum Hum Phet. After practicing this, for those who protect the land, place it in his four directions. Endowed with the Samadhi mantra of glorious Mahakala, perform offerings and Torma, etc. Nagas and Yakshas, etc., will be able to protect against malicious hail.
