Then, the glorious Mahakala inquired: O Bhagavan, What is the sequence of establishing the wheel and lingam, And slaying? The Bhagavan spoke: First, the yogi, the lord of power, Having cultivated the samadhi of Mahakala, Having set the boundaries in a charnel ground, There, one should draw the wheel. On a charnel ground cloth, with the blood of a crow, And charnel ground charcoal, And mixing three types of mustard seeds, With the rites, make black ink of Mahakala. Facing the southwest corner, With a quill of an inauspicious feather, One should circumambulate four wheels in order. Draw the wheel of the glorious Mahakala, Together with the body. In the center of the wheel, the essence, One should arrange in two directions. In the center, place the name syllable of the one to be slain, Outside of it, eight lotus petals, Place the essence of the glorious Mahakala. Outside of it, eight lotus petals, One should place the root mantra. Then, outside of that, One should place the action mantra. In the middle, place the name syllable of the one to be slain, In the center, place an equal quill, The lower one should revolve to the right, The upper wheel should revolve to the left, Establish and arrange in order. The wheel of the great black one, With one face and two arms, Holding a hooked knife and a skull in his hands, Draw him with an open mouth and bared fangs. For seven days, place the name syllable of the one to be slain. Thus, the sequence of the wheel is explained.
