他们双膝跪地，忏悔道： 祈请垂听！ 世尊吉祥普贤以及五部如来等，幻化寂怒诸尊，以大悲心和善巧方便平等对待一切众生的父母尊。 过去安住于持明果位者，是善知识。 我等进入密咒之门者，未能通达如来的清净行，未能领悟甚深意行，以致违犯了重大秘密禁戒，超越了根本和支分誓言。 有些人对如来未加改造的本性之语，妄加评判和断章取义。 有些人从内心诋毁神圣导师金刚上师，盗取教法，做出许多违背师意之事。 有些人对同一誓言的金刚兄弟，持有邪见，心怀恶意、诽谤、盗窃、殴打、凌辱和恶语相向等，做出了违犯身誓言之事。 有些人最初被金刚上师授记，蒙受恩德后，本尊天瑜伽未能明晰，禅修实修毫无进展，念诵中断，甚深近修逾期，岁月流逝等。 有些人显现了甚深秘密教法的见行，将隐藏的秘密、应保守的秘密以及被委托保守的秘密泄露给他人等，由于违犯身语意誓言，做出了焚烧身语意三门之事。 凭借对十方幻化自性坛城，安住于成就之地的男女持明者，以及由智慧和业力所成，掌管善恶，追随誓言的护法海众的供养，忏悔罪障。 身誓言违犯的果报是，今生身体遭受麻风、疮痍等痛苦，命终后堕入大地狱最深处，遭受肢解等无有出期之苦。

With their bodies kneeling, they confessed: Ho, listen! The Bhagavan, glorious Samantabhadra, and the five Sugatas, etc., the peaceful and wrathful deities of illusion, are the father and mother who are equal to all with great compassion and skillful means. Those who resided in the past in the realm of vidyadharas are virtuous friends. We, and others who have entered the gate of secret mantra, have not transformed into the pure conduct of the Sugatas, and have not understood the profound intentional conduct, and have misused the great secret precepts. We have transgressed and violated the root and branch vows. Some have judged and cut off the words of the Tathagata, which are not modified by nature. Some have sincerely slandered the holy teacher, the Vajra Master, stolen the teachings, and done many things that are contrary to the Master's intentions. Some have had wrong views, malice, slander, theft, beatings, abuse, and evil speech towards Vajra brothers and sisters who have the same vows, and have done things that violate the body vows. Some were first prophesied by the Vajra Master and received grace, but the samadhi of the yidam deity was not clear, meditation and practice did not progress, mantra recitation was interrupted, deep practice was overdue, and years and months passed. Some have manifested the view and practice of the profound secret precepts, and have revealed hidden secrets, secrets that should be kept, and secrets that have been entrusted to others, etc. Due to the violation of the vows of body, speech, and mind, they have done things that burn the three doors of body, speech, and mind. Through this offering to the mandala of the illusory nature of the ten directions, the male and female vidyadharas residing in the land of accomplishment, and the oath-bound ocean of oath-bound ones who are formed by wisdom and karma, who control good and evil, and who follow the vows, we confess our transgressions. The result of violating the body vow is that in this world, the body suffers from leprosy, sores, and other sufferings, and after death, it falls into the deepest part of the great hell, where there is no time to escape from the suffering of dismemberment, etc.

Due to transgressing the vows of speech, I confess and repent for accumulating causes of speech impediments such as stuttering and muteness in this life and future lives. Due to transgressing the vows of mind, I confess and repent for accumulating causes of mental insanity, epilepsy, and the like in this life and future lives, as well as the causes for falling into the lower realms. Some, without having received empowerment, have taken the seat of a teacher, consumed the authority over profound teachings, and acted falsely. Some, without understanding the hidden instructions, have openly revealed secrets and carelessly practiced the profound conduct of secret mantra. They have committed sinful deeds like crows and wolves and have committed deeds leading to unbearable hells. I confess and repent for all of this. Some, after properly receiving the secret vows of the wisdom deity and the Vajra Master, have deceived the teachings with hoarding intentions, acting like wolves at gatherings, hoarding like taxes, being reserved with Dharma friends, and encroaching upon the best of offerings and what is dedicated to the noble ones. Some, not understanding the fleeting moment of this life and not seeking the next, have engaged in flattery, coercion, and arrogant Dharma practices, not following the path of secret mantra. I confess and repent for all of this. Furthermore, from the twenty-five branch vows, I have transgressed the five vows to be practiced, namely, the two impurities (feces and urine), taking what is not given, lying, and idle talk, not following the proper path. I confess and repent for all of this. I have transgressed the five vows not to be abandoned, namely, desire, hatred, delusion, pride, and jealousy, not following the proper path. I confess and repent for all of this. I have transgressed the five vows to be accepted, namely, feces, urine, blood, meat, and Vajra nectar, not following the proper path. The Tathagata family, the Vajra family, the Ratna family, the Padma family, and the Karma family, etc., the accomplishment of body, speech, and mind of the Sugatas of the five families, should have been accomplished, but I confess and repent for the lack of effort and diligence. Furthermore, the twenty vows of special practice, the four vows of constant conduct, the four vows of self-nature view, and the three vows of important essential decisions, etc., the vows that appear in the inner path skillful means tantra texts, not knowing the boundaries of protection, and all actions that contradict the scriptures, I confess and repent. Furthermore, the vows that appear in the teachings of all secret mantra tantras, the vows of Bodhisattvas, the monastic rules of Shravakas, and all actions that violate worldly laws and oaths, I confess and repent. Furthermore, regarding the profound teachings as inferior, due to personal reasons, being swayed by wealth and food, performing the reversal of the deity mantra that harms the Three Jewels, and dedicating the great offering at the time of Pratihara to (laypeople), and cutting off and enjoying the wealth of the Three Jewels such as Mahabodhi, especially dedicating to the great Tsog offering, and dedicating to profound meditation, etc., limiting all offering items and actually enjoying them, and reducing and deducting them, accumulating the cause of falling into the lower realms, I confess and repent. 守护善恶之衡量及誓言之追随之教法，忏悔所有违背护法神之心之事。复次，忏悔所有违背十方三世瑜伽士道友及姊妹之心之事。如是行深妙忏悔，以猛烈忏悔及深切懊悔，令根本及支分誓言恢复，所有缺失皆得圆满。于教言作决断，显露隐秘之秘密，未将坛那供养于处所，未加持嘎巴拉等，因行持不当密咒而积累恶趣之因，愿皆得清净。于甚深本尊修法立誓，然自力衰退，供养逾越年月，初十空行母之日逾越时辰，立誓行善然未成办，积累恶趣之因，愿皆得清净。于时轮大供养所献之物，以及大菩提佛塔之物，以及甚深禅修之物，以及于新物取好，于余物减少，于税收恶劣，以及行储蓄之事，积累饿鬼之因，愿皆得清净。因无明之故而傲慢，以虚伪之态行持不当密咒之甚深见行未端正，心想是否为真实，虽知为真实然心生犹豫，明知故犯，积累旁生之因，愿皆得清净。未证悟法性之见，以夸夸其谈之语为依凭，为破誓言者，与誓言混杂者，无誓言者，具罪障者，以及不堪为密咒之器者说法，以及作会供，以及聚会混杂，以及语出不逊且行为粗暴，以及为非法器者传授密咒等，行持污秽之业，违背内外具誓者之心，于此世间之缘起中

Protecting the sacred teachings that govern good and bad and follow vows, I confess all actions that have contradicted the hearts of the Dharma protectors. Furthermore, I confess all actions that have contradicted the hearts of the yogi brothers and sisters of the ten directions and three times. By performing such profound confession and repentance, with intense remorse and regret, may the root and branch vows be restored, and may all deficiencies be fulfilled. Making decisive judgments on the teachings, revealing hidden secrets, not offering the mandala in the proper place, not blessing the ganachakra and so on, due to improper practice of secret mantras, accumulating the causes of bad migrations, may all be purified. Having vowed to engage in profound deity practice, but becoming weak in self-discipline and capacity, offerings passing months and years, the tenth day of the Dakinis passing the appointed time, vowing to do good but not accomplishing it, accumulating the causes of bad migrations, may all be purified. The offerings dedicated to the great Kalachakra puja, and the offerings to the great Mahabodhi stupa, and the objects for profound meditation practice, and also taking the best from new things, reducing from the remainder, being bad in taxes, and engaging in hoarding, accumulating the causes of pretas, may all be purified. Due to the power of ignorance, being arrogant, with hypocrisy, the profound view and conduct of improperly practicing secret mantras not being straightened, thinking whether it is true or not, doubts arising in the mind, even knowing it is true but hesitation arising in the mind, knowingly violating it, accumulating the causes of animals, may all be purified. Not realizing the view of the meaning of Dharmata, relying on verbose words, teaching the Dharma to those who have broken vows, those mixed with vows, those without vows, those with sins and obscurations, and those who are not suitable vessels for secret mantras, and performing tsok, and mixing in gatherings, and speaking rudely and acting coarsely, and transmitting secret mantras to unsuitable vessels, and so on, engaging in defiled actions, contradicting the hearts of the inner and outer vow-holders, in the circumstances of this world,
