大自在天女。右腿膝盖上放置。大母神尸林母。放置内脏血肉。各方无误放置后。具有救度一切之成就。此八大尸林，除大成就外，不得行之。如是镇压母唐后，建成宫殿。打开执持之门后。放入幢幡等物。台座也造如母唐之形。头朝西南，无间断地示现。脚朝东北方示现。颜色全部做成蓝绿色。仰面朝天放置。大小的尺度与场所的宽窄相配合。母唐的心间，做成三层毒之坛城。最外层红色四方形上。放置一只鹏。其上放置深蓝色三角形，边长四指。其上放置红黑色半月形，边长三指。额头和脸以及两只手。左右两肾。嘴和智慧二者上。放置一个边长一弓的四方形台座。其外层全部做成半月形。边长二指。其外层全部画上劫末火红色火焰山。之后陈设供品。在独发母颅器中，书写大吉祥父母本尊心咒。放置于上面的红黑色半月形上。其下的深蓝色三角形上。画上劫末火红色火焰堆。最下面的红色四方形上。书写四部嘿汝嘎本尊心咒。放置于四方。肢节的坛城上。将八位勾利玛母的心咒写在小块上放置。大吉祥父母本尊的血肉，以及母神供品标志的八种肉，布置于各方。四方陈设四份小豆蔻的供品。四隅陈设四个头颅。放置耳朵、血、脂肪、鼻子、脚、眼睛、小便、大便、牛黄。四门放置吉祥宝幡。其外层全部做成半月形。如果没有自在天女的供品，就放置名牌。供奉食子，做成九个红色的半月形，以及所有誓言物的朵玛，献上一个具有大云遮盖的。点燃九盏大油灯。用哇苏达的肠线缠绕四周。放置尽可能多的血和心。之后迎请，献供，忏悔。

Great Goddess Caṇḍālī. Place on the right leg's knee. Great Mother Goddess Śmaśānī. Place the entrails and flesh. When placing without error in all directions. Possesses the accomplishment of liberating all mothers. These eight charnel grounds should not be practiced except for great accomplishment. Thus, after suppressing Mātaṅgī, construct a palace. After opening the door of grasping and holding. Place inside banners and so forth. The platform should also be created in the likeness of Mātaṅgī. Show the head facing southwest without interruption. Show the feet facing northeast. The color should be entirely blue-green. Place it face up. The measure of size should be combined with the width and narrowness of the place. In the heart of Mātaṅgī, create a three-tiered maṇḍala of the three poisons. On the outermost red square. Place a Garuḍa. On top of that, place a dark blue triangle, with sides of four fingers. On top of that, place a red-black crescent moon, with sides of three fingers. On the forehead, face, and two limbs. The two kidneys, left and right. On the mouth and the two intelligences. Place a square platform, one fathom in length. The outer layer of that should be entirely crescent-shaped. Sides of two fingers. On the outer layer of that, draw a red-black conflagration mountain of the eon's end. Then arrange the substances. In a single-haired skull cup, write the heart essence of the Great Glorious Father and Mother. Place it on the red-black crescent moon above. On the dark blue triangle below that. Draw a red-black heap of flames of the eon's end. On the lowermost red square. Write the heart essence of the Four Families of Herukas. Place them in the four directions. On the maṇḍala of the limbs. Write the heart essence of the Eight Gaurīs on small pieces and place them. The flesh of the Great Glorious Father and Mother's bodies, and the eight kinds of flesh that are the signs of the Mother Goddess's substances, arrange in the various directions. In the four directions, scatter four handfuls of cardamom offerings. In the four corners, scatter four heads. Place ears, blood, fat, noses, feet, eyes, urine, feces, and go-ro-za-na. Place glorious banners at the four doors. The outer layer of that should be entirely crescent-shaped. If there are no substances of the Powerful Goddess, then place nameplates. Offer tormas, made into nine red crescent moons, and one torma of all the samaya substances, covered with a great cloud. Light nine great butter lamps of fat. Surround the perimeter with a Vasudhā thread lasso. Place as much blood and heart as possible. Then invite, offer, and confess.

Please grant the accomplishment of siddhis! Recite the mantra, invoke the tutelary deities! Entrust activities, subdue enemies and obstacles! Subdue and kill their forms. Then, gather the mandala. Next is the third-level mandala: First, make it complete with four perfections. Opposite the location, make a square platform. Arrange sandalwood keys, flower containers (or flower piles), incense piles, and high stacks of paper. On top of that, place five kinds of offerings and three portions of torma. The practitioners purify sins, generate bodhicitta, and recite the "Sūtra of Completing Deficiencies". Offer five kinds of offerings, and release three portions of torma according to the scriptures. Then, make a square platform one fathom long. Nail it with three kinds of charnel ground bones. Bless the wisdom mother, and put in the thread. Starting from "Matang", create a red square moon shape with a width of one finger joint. On top of that, make a blue-black triangle with a width of four fingers. On top of that, make a red-black moon shape with a width of three fingers. Then, arrange the substances on the mandala: In one skull cup, write the heart mantra of the great glorious father and mother, and place it on the uppermost moon shape. In eight small skull cup bowls, write the heart mantras of the eight Gauris, and place them around the edge of the moon shape in order. Light nine large butter lamps. Below that, on the blue-black triangle, place the large meat of the lang-ling, and wrap it with fine cotton cloth. On the red square below that, arrange the substances of the four gatekeepers at the four gates. On the torma offering moon shape, make nine dots with red blood, and offer the essence torma. In front of the practitioners, arrange the skull cup food and red blood. Then, generate the mandala, invite, and offer. Recite the mantra one thousand and eight times, invoke the tutelary deities, grant siddhis, and offer the emptiness offering. Release the torma at dusk and dawn. Offer the later torma again, generate the mandala, invite, and offer. Confess and grant siddhis, recite the mantra, invoke the tutelary deities, entrust activities, kill the enemies and obstacles, and revive them.
