ཕྲ་མེན་སྤྱང་ཀི་ལས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མོའི་རྒྱུད། 印度语:Śvānāmukha karma rā tantra(梵文天城体,Śvānāmukha karmarā tantra,梵文罗马拟音,狗面业续)。

The Tantra of the Queen of Action, Trahmen Spyangki. In Sanskrit: Śvānāmukha karma rā tantra. Homage to the Bhagavan, glorious Samantabhadra Heruka! At the time when I spoke thus, before the Buddhas had appeared, in the realm of the unborn nature of reality, the teacher Samantabhadra, and the five families of Buddhas, fathers and mothers, together with their sons and daughters, the Bodhisattvas, were dwelling happily in a state of equality. At that time, through the power of clinging and conceptualization, the three aspects of clinging and conceptualization gradually formed. To all beings without exception, arrogance gradually seized power, the obstructing maras of wrong thought, the Yamarajas of pride and conceit, and the Rakshasas of ignorance and delusion, had great power in the three realms, gradually gathering all of the three realms. Because they held the form of arrogance and pride, their aggregates of form were large and their substance was coarse. Their voices were loud and their demeanor was fierce. They held various weapons in their hands. They were separated from the path of love and compassion. Through the power of constantly holding onto greatness and might, they had faith in the wrong path and the mistaken place, believing in what is upside down. They engaged in the Dharma of signs as their activity. They hurled the rough seeds of existence. They experienced the suffering of hell. If they were liberated from that, they would again take the body of a Rakshasa and wander in samsara as before. Their retinue also included Rakshasis, as well as Matrikas and Dakinis, and a retinue that was extremely fierce. They engaged in and were strict in the activity of killing. They consumed flesh, blood, and life. Because they did not possess definite scriptural authority, all of them went to the path of hell. The Buddhas, such as the Nirmanakaya, did not transform them into objects of taming, but instead they resisted again with arrogance. In the realms adorned with density, the minds of the victorious ones looked with wisdom. Vajrasattva arose from his seat and spoke thus to the father Samantabhadra: Ema, Bhagavan Alala! In these Buddha realms, the evil maras and Rakshasas who transgress the Buddha's teachings, how should we diligently teach them? The deity Samantabhadra spoke: The maras, Yamarajas, and Rakshasas are bound by arrogance and pride, and they act with extreme cruelty and ferocity. Pacifying them will not bring benefit. Having wisdom and skillful means,
