By meditating in this way, one can also subdue the mother who holds pride and the proud of the world. Then meditate on Vetali: By reciting "Vetali Gindara." Vetali has a dark blue-black body color and flowing black hair. She has three eyes and a wrathful expression. She wears her hair as clothes on her body. In her hand, she holds a damaging club. Meditate on coming riding on what is called the Yaksha Mother, the black Ayang. By meditating in this way, one can subdue the three realms, and the Yaksha Mother and glorious Heruka will also weaken and collapse. Then meditate on Pukkasi: By reciting "Pukkasi Dhara." Pukkasi has a red-black body color and four faces. Green-black hair Coiled from right to left. She bares her fangs, and her mouth is filled with razors. She blows a repulsive Rakshasa skull horn. Meditate on coming riding on what is called the Black Mother Bear-Felling Mother. By meditating in this way, one can subdue and separate the Mother of the Three Realms and glorious Heruka. Then meditate on Ghasmari: By reciting "Ha Ghasmari Viloka Dara." Ghasmari has a dark blue-black body color. She is naked and has braids. She has one face, bares her fangs, and holds and blows the horn of the Three Realms in her hand. Meditate on coming riding on what is called the eyeless Rakshasa Mother. By meditating in this way, one can make all the mothers and glorious Heruka go mad. Then meditate on Chandali: By reciting "Ha Chandali Mandura." She has a yellow-green body color, four faces, and black hair coiled from right to left. She has three eyes glaring in anger. In her hand, she holds a chopping enemy axe. Meditate on coming riding on what is called the Rakshasa Birth Mother. By meditating in this way, the Mother of the Three Realms and glorious Heruka will also weaken and disappear.
