尊者擦瓦，请世尊开示，如是祈请。开示曰：血肉丰盈，根识明晰，年岁已满，具足名号，善于摄持安乐，极为赞叹堪为弟子。如是说。此后，秘密主复问曰：如是之弟子，坛城之分如何观察？请世尊开示，如是祈请。开示曰：具莲花之弟子，当观察坛城之分。于方位等分之半径上，角线等分，十字之四分相等。大分分为八份，半径一半再一半处立桩。如是五处左右等分立桩。如是成为八大分后，中央二分之末端，于小分处立短桩。或者立长桩亦可。于二分之外侧拉线。八门之处安置班杂。或者一分分为九份。三分之每一份，即为中央之二分。于四肘之处开示，或者开示为双倍。每肘截取一指。画三种圆圈。第一为法轮，第二为金刚墙，第三为智慧火，黑铁围山火焰燃烧。于众多灌顶宝瓶上，作种种庄严之加持。于四方四半月上，有四大智慧光明。于金刚断截之四端，以黑色颜料涂抹，观察而作所欲之事业。未来瑜伽士随欲而行。如是说。彼坛城之座垫等，虎、犬、豺狼等，蹄类、毒物、猛兽等，众多黑蛇窸窣作响，乌鸦、猫头鹰、墓地鸟类之众，众多飞禽飒飒而来。以金银铜铁所制之，五只妙瓶亦积聚。具足传承之阿阇黎，于四方各安置一位。对于具口诀者之事业，于因上以果增益而立桩。作三种加持与四种灌顶，涂油与熏香之事业。如是自性起，瑜伽之义乃事业，以正直之义，由佛陀，瑜伽勇士所生。以教言与教言之法轮，亦断绝内外二者之界限。ཤ

Venerable Tsalwa, please, Bhagavan, speak! Thus he requested. The command was given: "Flesh and blood ablaze, senses clear, age fulfilled, possessing a name, supremely skilled in holding bliss, highly praised as worthy of a disciple." Thus he spoke. Then again, the Lord of Secrets asked: "Such a disciple, how should the divisions of the mandala be examined? Please, Bhagavan, speak!" Thus he requested. The command was given: "Disciples possessing the lotus, should examine the divisions of the mandala. On the radius with equal directional divisions, divide the corner lines equally, the four divisions of the cross are equal. Divide the great divisions into eight parts. Place a stake at half and half of the radius. Place those five stakes equally on the left and right. Thus, having become eight great divisions, at the end of the two central divisions, place a short stake at the small division. Or, it is also fine to place a long stake. Draw a line outside of all the two divisions. In the eight gate divisions, place the pañca. Or, divide one division into nine parts. Each of the three divisions, that is the second of the central two divisions. It is shown at four cubits, or it is shown as double. Cut one finger for each cubit. Draw three kinds of circles. The first is the Dharma wheel, the second is the vajra fence, the third is the wisdom fire, a black iron mountain blazing with flames. On many empowerment vases, perform the blessings of various ornaments. On the four directions and four half-moons, there are four great wisdom lights. On the four ends of the vajra cut-off, paint with black color, examine and do whatever deeds are desired. Future yogis act as they wish." Thus he spoke. The seats of that palace also, tigers, dogs, jackals, etc., hooves, poisonous creatures, wild beasts, etc., many black snakes rustling, crows, owls, a flock of cemetery birds, many winged creatures fluttering. Made of gold, silver, copper, and iron, five excellent vases are also collected. The teacher who possesses the lineage, should place one each in the four directions. The activity for those with secret instructions, on the cause, increase with the fruit and place the stake. Perform three blessings and four empowerments, the activities of anointing and incense. Thus, from suchness, the meaning of yoga is activity, with the meaning of uprightness, born from the Buddha, the yoga hero. With the teachings and the Dharma wheel of the teachings, also cut off the boundary between the inner and outer. ཤ

With a fierce roar, recite mantras on ten vajra stakes, setting boundaries in all four directions and eight corners. Recite mantras for activities, summon the protectors of the directions, and plant the vajra stakes. Perform common and uncommon activities. I will explain the methods for increasing abundance. Thus it was said. The manifestation of body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, from the King of Tantras, "World Manifestation," the sixth chapter, which explains the mandala of speech. Then, the Lord of Secrets requested: "O Bhagavan, for the sake of the future, please reveal the mandala of mind. Why do you explain it to me?" Kilaya (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，金刚橛) replied: "The area of the mandala should be leveled. Draw lines for the inner palace. The seventh line and the seventh line, draw corner lines on the frog's head and the frog's head. Twenty-one precious eight-sided figures. In the center is a palace of burning jewels. Make a half-moon shape for the door, and draw it on the line of Brahma. There are four types of courtyards. The doors are considered to be of three types. The third is the door of inherent nature, known as the door of the guardian mother. The method of cutting the jewels is to surround the eight-sided figures with flames. Make an auspicious offering cake with red paint. Place one in each mouth. That is an auspicious offering cake. The outer layer is yellow. Wrathful emanations alternate. Do not mistake the directions and intermediate directions. That also has a door. In the middle courtyard of the outer layer, fill it completely with red paint. Place them on the left and right. Likewise, place four gatekeepers at the door. Place four dark women. The iron fence is the sovereign mother. Place seventy-seven Rakshasa women in order. The waist is tied with a knot, the top is pointed, and the base is made peaceful. The colors of the paints, a wise person should do carefully. Rere Rere Raga Panca Yang (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，瑞瑞瑞嘎班杂样), should be made with wood. The mandala of the mind of all Tathagatas is supreme. The precious eight-sided mandala is the secret mandala of the mind."
