尊主唱起歌之音，百次千次施与也。诸神若未成就秘密真言，将黑物置于门槛上，形与名骨焚烧之。三毒生灵血肉满，祈祷一切皆增长。于火供中焚烧则立即死。此乃猛厉火供之事业。于铁或黑色之木上，头为大结，顶端三棱，中空菩提心坛城。于侧面观想猛厉之神，植入则一切皆毁灭。无有不毁灭者，顶礼毁灭之神。忿怒尊、忿怒母、使者众，于黑物之形与名骨上，猛厉催促而植入之。断要害，与命分离。此乃猛厉橛钉之事业。各种毒之粉末与，黑芥子、颈血、黑芝麻与，恶毒之荆棘粉末与，大小豆、铁粉与，血肉食子焚烧之，与黑石混合向外散。大忿怒尊之加持力，使者众勾招后，使恶毒者毁灭。名为猛厉食子之事业。于猛厉之大坛城中，圆满诸神之坛城后，诸神秘密真言猛厉结合。铁粉、毒粉、黑芥子，一一秘密真言与八根本结合。于所诛者置于门槛上焚烧，金刚火舌焚烧心。法性谛实之加持力，所诛者之神识命依，如鸟羽被火焚烧般燃烧。此乃猛厉结合之事业。随行之瑜伽士，以猛厉之布施焚烧八根本，以法性谛实之加持力，中断障碍皆毁灭，黑物因热病而死。癫痫、昏厥、眩晕病障碍皆解脱。所诛者之七要害命依焚烧。愿成瑜伽士，获得成就。此乃猛厉成就之功德。于事业四种之坛城中，五火供堆于顶端，颜色与明妃相合而堆砌。于恶毒者之火供木上，以铁索缠绕而钉之。谛拉亚为二十一，心咒以二十一摄持，次数二十一，右绕左绕

The venerable one sings the song, offering it a hundred and a thousand times. If the deities do not accomplish the secret mantra, placing the black substance on the threshold, the form, name, and bones are burned. Fill the three poisons with flesh and blood, pray that everything may increase. If burned in the homa, they will die immediately. This is the activity of the fierce homa. On iron or black wood, the head is a large knot, the tip is three-edged, the hollow is the Bodhicitta mandala. On the side, meditate on the fierce deity, and planting it will destroy everything. There is nothing that is not destroyed, I prostrate to the deity who destroys. Wrathful deities, wrathful mothers, and hosts of messengers, on the form, name, and bones of the black substance, fiercely urge and plant it. Cut off the vital points, separate it from life. This is the activity of planting the fierce phurba. Various poisons of powder, black mustard, neck blood, black sesame, and poisonous thorn powder, small and large beans, iron powder, and flesh and blood torma are burned, mixed with black stone and scattered outwards. By the blessing of the great wrathful deity, after the hosts of messengers have summoned, they cause the wicked to be destroyed. It is called the activity of the fierce torma. In the great fierce mandala, after perfecting the mandala of the deities, the deities' secret mantras are fiercely combined. Iron powder, poison powder, black mustard, each secret mantra is combined with the eight roots. The one to be slain is placed on the threshold and burned, the vajra fire tongue burns the heart. By the blessing of the truth of Dharma-nature, the consciousness and life-force of the one to be slain, burns like a bird's feather being burned by fire. This is called the activity of fierce union. The yogi who follows, with the fierce offering burning the eight roots, by the power of the blessing of the truth of Dharma-nature, may interruptions and obstacles be destroyed, and the black substance die from hot disease. Epilepsy, fainting, dizziness, and obstacles of disease are all liberated. The seven vital points and life-force of the one to be slain are burned. May you become a yogi and attain accomplishment. This is the quality of fierce accomplishment. In the mandala of the four activities, five homas are piled on the top, piled up in accordance with the color and knowledge. On the homa wood of the wicked, it is wrapped and nailed with an iron rope. Tīlaya is twenty-one, the heart mantra is condensed with twenty-one, the number of times is twenty-one, clockwise and counterclockwise.

Turning around. The flames of the stake fill the empty space. Meditate on the secret mantra as a thousand dragons roar. Dispatch the swift wisdom messengers. Servants and messengers, obedient retinues. The time for your vows has arrived. How you made vows in the past. Swiftly accomplish the manifest activities. With the secret mantras of the four secret consorts. Gather the deities, with secret mantras. With the mantra of the claws, summon and subdue. Servants and messengers, summon and merge. Then perform the entrusted tasks. Establish the key points in eight places. The obstructing demons of accomplishment. The cruel and hateful ones. Strike them down, with the blazing vajra pestle. The sinful ones who transgress the commands. Vajra fire tongue burns the heart. Destroy body and speech like dust. It is the truth of Dharma-nature. It is the blessing of secret mantras. It is the power of the Buddhas. The time for subjugation has arrived. Focus solely on this. Vajra fire tongue burns the heart. Circling and gathering, sixteen rounds. Offer at the eight root veins. The secret mantra will be blackened. The desired actions of black magic will be accomplished. Thus, it is the fourth chapter of the great mandala of Vajra Mother from the twelve tantras of Kilaya. Thereafter, the Bhagavan Great Vajrabhairava entered the samadhi called "Manifestation of Offering Clouds," and for the benefit of the followers, he spoke this mandala of offering and praise.
