Having taken countless bodies, as many as the grains of sand, remembering all the sins committed, and knowing all the wrong views and actions, the truth is that karma, whether good or bad, is not deceiving. They experienced being consulted together by many Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Then, after a short while, the Blessed One awakened them from their slumber. They arose with great suffering of displeasure and wept, pleading: Emaho! Hero, your compassion is too small! From such a blissful state, to awaken us, your compassion is too small! We are your servants, the grace you bestow is too small! If we were to transgress your command, the heads, bodies, and hearts of us all would rot, melt, and be consumed by fire. Mothers, sisters, and daughters, we offer ourselves as slaves, please quell your anger! We are without the fortune to reside in the center, please place us at the edge of your mandala. We are without the fortune to partake in the essence, please grant us the leftovers and dregs. Please do not be too harsh on your servants! Thus they pleaded with great lamentation. The Great Glorious One then raised the glorious song of praise, like the voice of Brahma, and gave the prophecy. He also displayed the mudra of the khatvanga (Tibetan: ཁ་ཊྭཱྂ་ག, Sanskrit Devanagari: खट्वाङ्ग, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: khaṭvāṅga, literal meaning: khatvanga). He also proclaimed the sound of samaya (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: samaya, literal meaning: vow). He placed the rakshasa on the ground from which there is no return. In the realm of Vajra Play, he prophesied him to be the King of Vajra Play. The female attendants of the rakshasa's retinue were seized as female slaves and maidservants, and were blessed. The male and female servants were placed under command, and were made to stand around the edge of the mandala. The chief of the retinue, the possessor of the five poisons, the great god Mahadeva and others, were intertwined as a male-female embrace, spread out as a mat, and made into a seat for the body. By this, the obscurations of afflictions were purified, and the accumulation of merit was completed. By hearing the Dharma with their ears, the continuum of knowledge was liberated, the obscurations of knowledge were purified, and the accumulation of wisdom was perfected, thereby establishing them on the ground of Bodhisattvas. The cruel ones among the rakshasa's retinue, such as tigers and leopards, were blessed as thrones and seated. In order to bring joy to the rakshasa's retinue, act in accordance with what pleases the great rakshasa. On the summit of Mount Meru, piled with skeletons, with a palace adorned with stacked skulls, with a foundation of large pieces of flesh, and lang ling (uncertain, possibly referring to some kind of offering), and a sea of blood.

Rosaries of dry and wet skulls, the extent of large and small fields, filled with red Bhanda, rosaries of Vasudha, dots of great ash, heaps of fat, patterns of blood, decorations of fields and charnel grounds, etc., adorn the body and palace. The retinue also transforms to be similar to the retinue of Rakshasas, with wrathful deities, wrathful mothers, head ornaments, etc., and those with vajra fangs and wings, etc., surrounded by many malicious ones. Thus, showing the qualities of those, this is widely known in the world. From the great tantra of Purba Nirvana, the chapter on the wrathful deity's nature taming demons by essence, and truly knowing Nirvana, which is the fourth chapter. Then, Karma Heruka again, in order to make the yogis of later generations meaningful, requested Vajrakilaya thus: The cause of samsara, the state of evil sentient beings whose rope of compassion is severed, it is very amazing to show such miracles and illusions! Again, demeaning by saying "amazing," he asked in verse form: Where are the places of yoga for those who practice after that? What are the object of focus and the necessity of yoga? What are the cause and method of meditation, and the blessings? What are the vows and visualizations at the time of striking? What are the implements, signs, and necessities? What are the empowerments, mandalas, and activities? What are the ultimate truth and conventional truth when practicing? Please explain, Kilaya. Kilaya said: In the nature of non-duality and elimination, the meaning of yoga is requested, it is very amazing! Regarding the indication of the sacred places, there are four places: those with scriptures, auspicious blessings, and delightful places. In the sacred places of fierce places, charnel grounds, solitary trees, crossroads, and places where many wild animals roam, the sky is like a knife, the ground is like a triangle, there are thorny trees on the walls, various malicious wild animals roam, and there are tombs of various races at the roots. If there are, the wise should examine and create them. That is the place for practicing fierce methods. If the meaning of the intention is not clear, the vows are broken and the samadhi is distracted, and one clings to wrong views, then the actions in that place are not fully explained. If done, obstacles will arise. Therefore, in a place that is in accordance with the scriptures, there is no loss in practicing for a long time. One who does not break vows and follows the scriptures, and has a clear mind of samadhi, to those sacred places, fiercely.
