Having generated the supreme mind of enlightenment, For us, the lineage holders, who continue the lineage of the Buddhas of the three times, Grant signs and marks, and grant the accomplishment of Kilaya! Grant the accomplishment of you, the chief mothers! Grant the accomplishment of power over life! Ho! To you, the two chief mothers in the center of us yogis, and the ten wrathful mothers and the fifty-eight medicine women, etc., grant the offering of empowerment substances and nectar, and the offering of red flesh and blood, and perpetually to you, in this world, grant the accomplishment of having dominion over the lives of sentient beings! Then, the practice of the vows of the mothers is taught, divided into general vows and specific vows. If one enters the door of practicing these mothers, in order to realize the vajra of the true nature of reality, if one does not realize it, the work will not be accomplished; the vow to accept it after realization. The vow to know that these chief mothers do not have a clear nature of their own. The vow of great majesty. The vow to proclaim the three thousand worlds. The vow not to change the mind. The vow to complete the ornaments. The vow to know the number of mothers without error. The vow to know the body color and hand implements without error. The vow not to lose the stability of samadhi. The vow not to break the syllables of the mantra. The vow to gather the substances pleasing to the mothers. The vow to offer the offerings at all times. The vow to please the teacher. The vow not to praise one's own Dharma, and not to slander the Dharma of others. These are the vows to be kept. If one keeps them in this way, whatever one does in this world will be accomplished. Power will be great and merit will increase. The retinue will be completely full. For example, like the trunk of a tree, the branches and leaves will be clear. Whatever is thought will be accomplished. In the next life, one will also attain true enlightenment. Then, the faults of not keeping the vows are: not realizing the meaning of body, speech, and mind, and not realizing the meaning of the true nature of reality.

Or, practicing without knowing the differences of the Matrikas, or, completely decorating and adorning, or, practicing without gathering the substances that please the Matrikas, or, the Samadhi becoming lax, or, the heart essence becoming coarse, or, the offerings being expired for years and months, or, not pleasing the Guru, or, not gaining the affection of the Dharma brothers and sisters, praising one's own Dharma, denigrating the Dharma of others, are the basis of breaking vows. In this world, nine kinds of inauspicious things will also occur: no sons, wives, and retinues, no blessings and being defeated by enemies, and finally contracting leprosy as a disease. For example, like a tree withering from its roots, like having no branches. One will become a beggar, and in the next life, one will also revolve in the three realms and ripen in the six paths. Finally, one will be born in hell, unable to be liberated from the suffering of heat and cold. These are the signs of broken vows. From the Vajrakila Root Tantra, the Six Yogas of the Space Matrix, the eighth chapter, which explains the vows of the Matrikas, is completed. Next, the life of the Matrikas is explained: the time is an auspicious sun, an auspicious month, an auspicious star, the star corresponds to the victorious star. The month in which the victorious star moves is also an auspicious month. After that, examine the substances: the life vase, life, medicine, grains, five precious gems, three white foods, three sweet foods, a silk shawl, a protective thread, ornaments, pure milk water, life tsampa, these should all be accumulated. Its mandala is: draw an eight-petaled lotus, delineate the boundaries, the same as all (mandalas). Then place the vase: Hum! Generate the supreme Bodhicitta, in order to inherit the lineage of the Buddhas of the three times, pray for the accomplishment of Kilaya. Om Vajra Kīlī Kīlaya Sarva Vighnan Bam Hum Phet.
