Translated, edited, and finalized by the Tibetan translator, the monk Vairochana. Later supplemented with new terminology. In Sanskrit: Kamala Biri Sidda Maha Vajra Kili Kilaya. In Tibetan: The Great Vajrakila Offering to the Mothers. Homage to the Bhagavan, the glorious Vajrakumara, and the body of the Mother Tantra's Completion. Glorious Samantabhadra, Mother Tantra's Completion, Mukhalema, the chief of all mothers, Great Mother Tantra's Completion Mother, Mother of Manifestation and Light, etc. Their ultimate principle is one alone. Because all dharmas are naturally pure, they cannot be said to be different. Because samadhi can be cultivated in stages, it cannot be said to be one. When the essence of self-awareness is realized, Mukhalema is not shown, the Completion of the Tantra is not shown. Why is it not shown? Because the self-nature bindu is equal to the vajra. The Wrathful Mother and the Mother, these two, are not different in the essence of reason, but they also appear separately in the nature of taming. Padmasambhava said: The nature of taming appears as one self-appearance. Why is it shown as one? Because the unborn dharmadhatu appears as self-nature. Is this the realm of the unborn? Is this the realm of the born? Is this the realm of going to the Wrathful Mother? Is this the realm of going to the Mother? The true dharmata does not abide in the realm of the vajra, and for the sake of abiding in that meaning, it is accomplished by the meaning of reason, transformed by the meaning of mantra, and arises as Wrathful Deities, Wrathful Mothers, etc., Mothers and Kiri, etc. Here, the meaning of becoming all mothers is shown: the vajra of the aimless, unborn dharmadhatu, the vajra without attachment or clinging, the vajra without clinging or samsara, the vajra without abandonment or what can be abandoned, the vajra without accomplishment or what can be accomplished, the vajra without arising or what can be arisen, the vajra without clinging or attachment, the vajra that does not come from anywhere nor go anywhere, the vajra that is completely pure in suchness.

O Je! As vast as the sky, the vajra of the unreal sky. Like such a vajra, the consort retinue, without any attachment to anything, widely propagates. The consort retinue, as vast as the sky, widely propagates. Like that, the Mukhalema, without attachment and pure. The Mukhalema of the unborn realm. The Mukhalima without attachment. The Mukhalema like the essence of the sky. The consort Vajra, the all-joyful mother, who realizes the Dharma nature. The consort, the all-joyful mother, who abides in the state of Dharma. The consort, the all-joyful mother, without acceptance or rejection. Such ten wrathful mothers appear. Those fifty-eight medicine women, including Vairochana, also have the pure Dharma nature of Vairochana. Vairochana abides in the state of Dharma. Vairochana without acceptance or rejection. The fifty-eight medicine women also appear in that way from the state of realization of awareness. Those are the true Dharma nature Vajra, the consort wheel widely propagates, Mukhale, the ten wrathful mothers such as the consort All-Joyful Mother, the fifty-eight medicine women such as Vairochana, and those arise and abide from one basis. They arise and abide from one awareness. Because they arise and abide from one appearance, they are called one. That is one as wrathful deities and mothers. That, for the purpose of subduing with one awareness, shows different body colors, but is one in one's own continuum. For example, just as various dances arise from the essence of the sky, although they arise from one awareness, they also appear separately for the purpose of subduing. Because of that appearance. The Dharmakaya, unchanging, self-arisen, clear wisdom. Qualities, complete with characteristics, are completely fulfilled. All realms of the world are the emanation of Vajrakila, showing the subduing. Vajrakila subdues with body and speech. Sentient beings who have not understood and have gone astray. With compassion, they pass into Nirvana. The logic of the Vajra of the space realm, etc. The tantras, scriptures, and instructions are well taught. The Vajra of the unchanging Dharma nature, and with the blessing of compassion. Qualities are bestowed separately with characteristics. Awareness is fully taught in the essence of Dharma nature. The three realms are filled with the emanation of Vajra. All are generated as the Vajra body. Subduing sentient beings who have gone astray. All wrathful mothers are determined. All mothers are determined.
