Slowly place the crown on the deity, place the Samaya Vajra on the tongue, invoke wisdom, merge it, and stabilize it. Bestow the complete vase deity empowerment, and also confer the command to listen, teach, and practice. Bless the mandala deity and the Vajrakila. Bestow the complete empowerment of the ten wrathful deities, and also bestow the empowerment of the substance of Vajrakila. Meditate and accomplish the empowerment of activity, and bestow the symbolic empowerment of hand implements and so on. Bestow the empowerment of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity, and bestow the liberation empowerment of the eight auspicious symbols. Confer the command, kingship, and empowerment of activity, and offer extensive auspicious food.
