若与黄金四合炼，众生意乐不相同，乃是阻断受生门，说是巨大之甘露。阳具外皮向上翘，便会如此不结果。阳具内皮向上翘，口水滴落于其上，为了吞食虚空甘露，如是安住于雪山。虚空甘露降三滴，蝙蝠饮用之后，与饮用盐分者合炼，十六日夜击打人。之后药力初生时，必定安住于女身。降下甘露之三滴，他人不会有所觉，口水信任如是饮。蝙蝠口水即是肉。众生繁衍子嗣之，乃是阳具内肉之征兆。精液勃发滋养果，众生执着于轮回，乃是繁衍子嗣之甘露。细毛落于地上时，生于柔土低洼处。根如阳具死之状，叶如尿液之痕迹，气味亦如阴茎之臊味，味道亦甜而带臊味。乃是巨大甘露为扁桃，调伏风与水肿之药。其之宝库向上升，其亦升为三滴。一滴向上升于地上，生于寒冷洲之上。色褐感觉微细，以白色与黄色之花装饰。乃是龙之甘露名为葛拉玛，乃是众龙之最佳药，乃是众魔病之最佳药。若作灌顶乃是牙刷木，若作火供乃是树枝，若作药浴乃是剥树皮，若作药用乃是花朵。宝库乃是臀部与睾丸间之精液向上升，生于有福者之房屋旁。根柔茎褐，种植则生但果实劣。乃是巨大甘露为古秀木，其亦有雌雄二种。雄生黄色雌生褐色，若至时节融化时，雄生于上雌生于下。雄如羔羊之睾丸，雌如冷酒之泡沫。若作火供乃是供品，对于四百零四病，雄株遍行于各方，雌株稍许安住于热，对于众病稍许有益。雄株乃是消化之甘露，乃是主要者。

If mixed with four parts of gold, beings' inclinations will differ, it blocks the door of rebirth, said to be the great nectar. The foreskin of the penis curls upwards, thus it will not bear fruit. When the inner skin of the penis curls upwards, saliva drips upon it, in order to consume the nectar of the sky, it dwells thus on the snowy mountain. Three drops of the nectar of the sky fall, after the bat drinks it, mix it with those who drink salt, strike the person on the sixteenth night. After the medicine first grows, it will surely dwell in the female body. The three drops of nectar that fall, others will not perceive, trust the saliva and drink it thus. The bat's saliva is meat itself. The sign of the penis's inner flesh is that it increases the lineage of beings. Semen erects and nourishes the fruit, beings are attached to samsara, it is the nectar that increases the lineage. When fine hairs fall on the ground, they grow in soft, low-lying areas. The root is like a dead penis, the leaves resemble traces of urine, the smell is like the stench of a penis, the taste is sweet and stinky. It is the great nectar, the almond, a medicine to subdue wind and edema. Its treasury rises upwards, it also rises into three drops. One drop rises upwards on the ground, growing on the cold continent. The color is brown, the sensation is subtle, adorned with white and yellow flowers. It is the nectar of the nagas, called Grama, the best medicine for all nagas, the best medicine for all demonic diseases. If performing empowerment, it is a toothbrush stick, if performing fire puja, it is a branch, if performing a bath, peel the bark, if using as medicine, use the flowers. The treasury is the semen between the buttocks and testicles rising upwards, growing near the house of the fortunate. The root is soft, the stem is brown, if planted it grows but the fruit is bad. It is the great nectar, the Gur wood, it also exists in two forms, male and female. The male is yellow, the female is brown, when it melts in season, the male grows on top, the female grows below. The male is like a lamb's testicle, the female is like cold beer foam. If performing fire puja, it is an offering substance, for the four hundred and four diseases, the male plant runs in all directions, the female plant stays slightly warm, it is slightly beneficial for all diseases. The male plant is the nectar of digestion, it is the main one.
