嚓古热的颅骨是成就之物，将暴怒尊的智慧置于东北角。其他也同样在角落里，是修行者的吉祥之物。完全圆满具足的金刚颅器，是使嫩枝生长的智慧秘密之物，同样安置在东方的角落里。具有吉祥名称的金刚颅器，用樟脑雪水白色之物涂抹，不作分别，以年轻者为佳，智慧秘密的颅器在南方的角落里。不变坚硬的金刚颅器，不低矮不腐烂，如同嫩枝树干一般，此乃真实的吉祥颅器，智慧秘密的颅器在西方的角落里。寿命（藏文：ཨཱ་ཡུཿ，梵文天城体：आयुस्，梵文罗马拟音：āyus，汉语字面意思：寿命）具光辉的金刚颅器，未曾作为众多智者的护身符，那是灌顶具力的颅器，智慧秘密的颅器在北方的角落里。另外还有四个智慧颅器，安置在四个门处。如是说。出自《甘露宝藏智慧秘密之轮》中，关于甘露产生之因等，以及讲述颅器特征的第八品。之后，薄伽梵入于一切自在之三摩地，金刚法请问如下： 奇哉奇哉，佛陀薄伽梵！ 以形相与信心，欢喜与誓言，使未成熟者成熟，使未解脱者解脱，未出息者出息，具力者是殊胜秘密真言！ 如是祈请。之后，薄伽梵如是说道： 时机成熟时，金刚法，以具力的誓言，将变得具有能力和力量。八辐轮，双重门阶，在中央轮的座垫之上，铺设智慧秘密的垫子之后，在西方的第五坛城中，中央绘制八瓣莲花。弟子以种子和顺序，在那上面涂油。之后，在坛城的中央，金刚上师瑜伽士，也手持宫殿，面向西方，抛掷孔雀翎和鲜花，宣说和祈祷。赐予利益和力量的灌顶，如其所宜。弟子如何祈请呢？ 如菩提金刚对佛陀，如何行广大供养一般。

Eight-spoked wheel, double door steps, on the seat of the central wheel, after laying the wisdom secret mat, in the fifth mandala of the west, draw an eight-petaled lotus in the center. The disciple, with seeds and order, places oil on it. Then, in the center of the mandala, the Vajra master yogi, also holding the palace in his lap, facing west, throws peacock feathers and flowers, declares and prays.
