梵语：阿姆利塔拉特纳古雅加纳扎克拉坦特拉。藏语：名为《甘露宝秘密智慧轮续》。 顶礼吉祥普贤。 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵吉祥圆满正等觉佛，具有圆满受用身、一切种智的普贤，恒常安住于清净法界之宫殿中。 其处所，名为甘露法界，具广大法界之精华，乃虚空宝之宫殿。 广大无边，具有四方四门，配有马道和阶梯，以网和半网等，由八根柱子和十六根栋梁所支撑。 以各种形象、各种形状、各种装饰等庄严。 与自身无别的眷属，药神之王如来吉祥无碍，诸药神之王。 另有如来药师琉璃光王。 另有上方之药神女名声自在，下方之药神女增益母，东方之药神女妙音母，南方之树神女持光母，西方之香神女阿毗忍心母，北方之顶神女成就慧母等，以及药、草、香、树、森林等诸神。 另有彼等之主宰。 如是，本初之诸神，如来吉祥毗卢遮那佛、金刚萨埵、宝生佛、不空成就佛等之母与眷属。 另有高丽等眷属。 另有狮面等眷属。 另有四门之主母自在母。 另有天、仙人、龙、婆罗门、人、人之近事男，以及梵天近侍等众多眷属围绕，一同安住。 其后，供养天女们以薄伽梵吉祥普

In Sanskrit: Amrita Ratna Guhya Jnana Chakra Tantra. In Tibetan: The Tantra Called "The Wheel of Secret Wisdom, the Precious Nectar." Homage to glorious Samantabhadra. Thus have I heard. At one time, the Bhagavan, the glorious, perfectly complete Buddha, the Sambhogakaya, Samantabhadra, who possesses the wisdom of all aspects, always resided in the pure bhaga of space. That place, called the bhaga of nectar, which possesses the essence of the vast bhaga, is a celestial palace of precious space. It is vast and immeasurable, square with four doors, and has horse ramps and stairways. It is adorned with nets and half-nets, supported by eight pillars and sixteen beams, and decorated with various forms, various shapes, and various ornaments. The retinue inseparable from him is the king of the medicine gods, the Tathagata, the glorious Unobstructed One, the king of the medicine gods. Also, there is the Tathagata, the Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light. Also, in the upper direction is the medicine goddess Grakmo Gyal, and in the lower direction is the medicine goddess Pheljema. In the eastern direction is the medicine goddess Drak Yangma, and in the southern direction is the tree goddess Odchangma. Also, there are gods, sages, nagas, brahmins, humans, male devotees, and also the retinue of Brahma, attendants, and so forth, surrounded by many, dwelling together.
